We took a ski trip for 7 adults and stayed in the Wind River #3. I dealt with Lauren on all the arrangements and she was great. She was easy to work with and quick to respond to all my questions. Not only did she help with the lodging but she was very helpful with the lift tickets and ski rentals. We had to call twice during the week we were there and everyone I dealt was polite and professional and the little things we requested were taken care of quickly. Nice people to work with and would recommend to others.

We will be visiting Jackson Hole Wyoming yearly perhaps also fall and are pleased with you and your company. Less than two weeks before our ski trip to Jackson Hole we needed to change our plans including lodging, lift tickets and transportation. A call to Jackson Hole Reservations put us in touch with an extremely professional and understanding agent in Lauren Bishop. In short order Lauren had us in new accommodations, changed our lift tickets and advised us on transportation from the airport and around the Jackson area as well as dining options. Our stay in Jackson Hole was memorable because all the details of our trip were handled smoothly with warmth and humor thanks to Lauren.
