Western elegance paired with spacious living spaces make this townhome a year-round home away from home. The 2,250 square-foot townhome unfolds over two floors, starting with the ground level and its tiled foyer linking the one-car garage, laundry room and two bedrooms. A pine king bed fills one room, further outfitted with a TV/DVD, ample closets, a tiled ensuite bath and adjoining patio. The second downstairs bedroom boasts two twins, an ensuite bath and sliding glass doors that open onto the patio.

Upstairs, the master suite beckons with its wrought iron king bed, plush bedding, large windows, desk, armchair and TV/DVD/VHS player. The ensuite bath includes a double vanity and Jacuzzi tub. Continue on into the great room, replete with a cathedral ceiling, river rock fireplace, ample seating and adjoining powder room. A 12-point mount serves as a sentinel above the open space. An armoire hides the TV/DVD/VHS equipment. The adjoining dining area features a table that comfortably seats six and a breakfast bar offers four stools overlooking the deluxe kitchen. The great room opens unto a deck with mountain views, a dining set for four and a gas grill. American Indian weavings and baskets accent the home.

Located just five miles from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and 10 minutes away from downtown Jackson, Teton Pines is at once convenient and secluded. Graciously landscaped, the resort complex winds around a scenic pond and stream, enjoyed by all including the resident wildlife. Townhome rentals come with complimentary use of Teton Sports Club, including its fitness equipment and outdoor hot tub. In calling for a place to stay, the associates with the rental service were extremely friendly and efficient. They quickly e-mailed us with a picture of the rental property which I greatly appreciated. We stayed at a condominium at Teton Pines. With young grandchildren we liked the location, the access to a swimming pool and small creek in the backyard. The home was clean and very nicely furnished.

We were very pleased with the service at Jhrl. Their concierge services were quick to place us with the best options for activities including horse-back riding, river rafting and a chuck wagon dinner. The staff is very polite, nice properties. We will visit again, happily!

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season and the Eclipse season (8/18/17-8/23/17) the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking.
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
