Winter Booking & Deposit Policies
Deposit and Payment - We require a deposit of the 1st nights room charge within 2 weeks of booking, with full payment prior to departure.
Cancellations - Cancelations 2 weeks prior to arrival will recieve a full refund, less $10 processing fee. Inside 2 weeks, the deposit will be forfeited.
No Snow - If more than 50% of Jackson Hole Ski Area is closed for lack of snow, we will issue refunds, less a $10 processing fee.
Spring, Summer & Fall Booking Deposit Policies
Deposit and Payment - We require a valid credit card number to hold a room. On the credit card we hold the room until 8pm on the night of arrival. At 8PM on the night of arrival, if the guest has not arrived or canceled, we charge the credit card for the first night - Allowing guests to arrive late.
Cancellations - Cancellations 48 hours prior to the night of arrival will recieve no penalty. Within 48 hours, the first night room charge will be forfeited as a penalty.
