An open layout encourages easy family living in this slopeside condo. Guests are greeted by a wall of cubbies and a moose coat rack. The entryway flows directly into the great room, where living and dining areas meld and the open kitchen overlooks it all. An oval dining table seats four in upholstered chairs that echo the pullout couch in the shared living area. A leather loveseat offers additional seating in front of the brick-framed woodstove. Entertainment options abound between the flat screen TV/DVD/VHS player, stereo and well-stocked bookshelves. Nature photography decorates the walls.

Two bar stools perch beside the open kitchen with its deep countertop, double basin porcelain sink and modern appliances. A hallway leads to the first detached bathroom with tile floor, shower/tub, porcelain sink and travel photography for decoration. A neighboring powder room features a vanity, toilet and mirrors.

The first bedroom boasts a king bed wrapped in a quilt. The matching wood bedroom set also includes a chest of drawers and side tables, in addition to the wall of closets and fan.

The second bedroom offers a pair of twin beds, framed by the same wooden bedroom set as the master. A closet and wall-mounted TV round out the room’s amenities. Valley views are visible from the windows, and equine art lines the walls. Gros Ventre condos lies within walking distance of the lifts, boutiques, bars and restaurants that make the Village a bustling place year-round. From authentic Thai food to hipster woolens and high-tech gear, the Village carries everything you crave on vacation.

We checked in late in the dark so I had to call to find out exactly where to pick up the key; then since it was so dark we had trouble identifying which building was ours. After a 1/2 hour trying different places we found our door. After that it was a nice experience. I would stay there again. The price was great and the accommodations were good.

Super place to stay as a home base when trying to see Jackson, Grand Tetons and Yellowstone! Convenient to them all. We loved having the animals (moose, squirrels, chipmunks, birds) in our yard! There are some resident moose in the neighborhood so don't be surprised! Loved having the washer/dryer and full kitchen. The view out the back was beautiful! We did not want to leave. Would go back here anytime.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season and the Eclipse season (8/18/17-8/23/17) the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
