My husband and I played a wonderful round of golf today. Beautiful vistas and wild flowers, the aspens were just beginning to turn color. The course was in great shape with many challenging and fast greens. We were treated to a view of a bald eagle fishing from one of the lakes and a bull moose feeding in a pond right next to a tee box. While the wind today was very swift the views of the Tetons and the surrounding valley made this one of the prettiest courses we have ever played. We would recommend it to all our friends.

Our family spent a week in Jackson Hole during Spring and loved it. The Aspens were close to everything but not in the middle of town, which we loved. We could walk around the neighbourhood, take our daughter to the park and shop at the beautiful grocer just down the road. The upstairs loft area has been converted to a bedroom and our daughter loved having her own space. Everything was super clean and it felt like we walked into a suite of a hotel when we arrived. Everything you could want is there.

I spent the day x-country skiing at Teton Pines Resort Golf Course and it was really great. The staff was super helpful in fitting me with the correct skis and poles and there were many trails to choose from based on skill level and distance you wanted to travel. 
I skied the entire course and every trail and the views were incredible and the trails very well groomed. It was a wonderful experience. I also want to add that I took the bus from Jackson hole which was really quick and easy and dropped me off a short walk from the bus stop.

Had great time at the Aspen Pines. It was a little out dated, but it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this vacation condo to family and friends. The rental company was very pleasant to deal with. Jackson Hole is a great place to visit.

This condo is very conveniently located! Close to the slopes and not to far away from the town of Jackson! Steps away to the free shuttle bus to the slopes which was on time each of the three days we rode it! The condo itself has a true mountain feel and is well equipped, has everything you need & then some. Kind of difficult to find and isn't well marked with unit number? Front door was our biggest complaint, we fumbled with the latch for a good ten minutes before it finally opened! Once inside it is a nice floor plan and has been updated with a mondern moutai. Feel. Fire place is a nice bonus on those cold Jackson nights but the real bonus is the dry sauna, felt awesome after a day on that mountain. Recommend for family's or larger parties! We will rent this condo again and prefer to all condos we have rented before in Teton village in same price range!

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes and will be automatically charged to the card on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.
  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
  • A $39.00 Damage Protection Plan is included on all reservations. The Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damages to the rental property that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The plan will cover the cost of damages up to a maximum limit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.   • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
  • If available, king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each.
  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.

Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office.

If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 155 North Jackson St, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

If you are checking in after hours, a package with keys will be outside the Miller Park Lodge front desk entrance in a box. Please sign the registration form and leave it inside the box. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
