With a livable layout and ample light, this Aspens condo invites relaxing amidst the pine trees. The home greats guests with its slate foyer outfitted with a coat closet and gear hooks. The first bedroom is a light-filled space with two twin beds backed by chrome headboards. A metal branch coat tree, paired with a beautiful paper work of an American Indian mother, add an artful aesthetic to the room. A detached bath – tiled floors and counters with a shower/tub – also houses a washer/dryer. A vaulted ceiling soars above the open layout encompassing the great room – anchored by a slate fireplace – and the kitchen with granite countertops and open cabinetry. A dining table seats six, and even more can relax in front of the large TV/DVD setup on plush seating – matching beige sofa and loveseat. Bookshelves line one wall, while a weaving decorates another.


The private deck beckons from its perch with the pine trees and its gas grill. Upstairs, the master suite features a lodgepole pine king bed, chest of drawers, TV/DVD player, closets and an ensuite bath with a double vanity and tiled bench in the shower/tub. A nocturnal photo and “Navajo Dream” by Jack Silverman decorate the wall.


The Aspens sits a quick five miles south of Teton Village and within walking distance of the Teton Pines Golf Course, as well as a gourmet market, well-stocked liquor store, two beloved restaurants (one Austrian, one Japanese), a bustling coffeehouse, a UPS store and a salon, among other conveniences.

The unit was well located and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, dishes...everything you would need. We grilled on the deck. We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable.

Had a nice autumn visit here with two small families. Very comfortable and relaxed vibe. Great kitchenette and amenities. Neighborhood is quiet, and just outside of the Village. There's a nice walking path by the entrance, where we were able to jog and ride bikes with the kids.

Policies for Balsam Lodge B7

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.  


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking.
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space.  Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm 7 days a week during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
