The Best House is a large spacious multi-level contemporary home in Teton Village. A great place for a summer retreat or a winter getaway. The home is located in the residential area and located within walking distance to the base of Teton Village. Bring the whole family; there is room for all.

The lower level floor of the home includes a large family room with a bonus kitchenette and small dining area, great for multiple families. There is also a fitness room offered on this level including an elliptical machine, several free weights, and bench press. Also on this level are two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds. Both these bedrooms share one large bathroom. This area includes walk out sliding doors to the hot tub.

The main floor opens up onto a very large eat-in kitchen with beautiful upgraded custom cabinets, large island and new appliances. The large island has seating for 4 plus another 8 around the dining table. A living room is offered right off the kitchen and has a cozy wood-burning stove; perfect for cozying up with a good book. The family room, also on this level, boasts a custom wet bar complete with sink and mini fridge. A small half bathroom is just steps away. This level also includes two bedrooms with queen beds and a large full bathroom.

The upper level of this house contains the master bedroom complete with a king bed, TV, DVD and very large en-suite bathroom along with two large walk in closets. This bedroom has exceptional mountain views. The other two rooms in the house are also on this level, one is a small office with desk and chair perfect for catching up on work and the other is a small den with a futon couch. The den also houses the sauna which is perfect for loosening up those tired muscles after a day on the slopes.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancelation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

• Many condominium units have only one parking space.  Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.

• No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
The registration office is open 8am-10pm during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 9am-5pm. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
