The Bray House is a two-level home located on a private cul-de-sac in Teton Village giving guests a fantastic mountain location either summer or winter. The front door leads you into a spacious entry area with plenty of closet space. A large, well-equipped kitchen is on your right, with a unique pass-through feature into the dining area. The dining table easily accommodates 8 people and is part of the impressive great room. The living room is spacious and offers spectacular views of the Sleeping Indian Mountain as well as ample valley views. The north wall is entirely made up of rock and contains the large wood-burning fireplace as well as wood storage. A flat screen television, DVD and stereo all combine to make this a very comfortable room.

Adjacent to both the living room and kitchen is a huge outdoor deck offering both a Weber and gas grill. A picnic table as well as other built-in seating and patio furniture is available for guest use. A six person Jacuzzi is also located here, offering the same wonderful views as enjoyed in the living room. On this level there is one bedroom (queen) and one full bath.

The stairway down leads guests into a den area where you can enjoy a second flat screen television and an extensive library and board games. The master bedroom (king) and en-suite bath are located here. There are two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds and private bathrooms. Additional storage and laundry facilities are also located in the hall between the bedrooms.

Winter vacationers will enjoy the excellent ski-in ski-out access as conditions allow operation of the Moose Creek Chairlift.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

• Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

• The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

• Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

• Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

• Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

• No pets are allowed on the premises. 

• No smoking allowed on the premises. 

• Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

• There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Rendezvous Mountain Rentals and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

• Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

• Rendezvous Mountain Rentals will try to honor special requests and specific units however, these are not guaranteed.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
In the front door is a breezeway with a telephone and locked key box that contains your keys and a map to your accommodations. Should you arrive after hours, the combination to the lock box is 1111. Line up the four tumblers, and press and pull the lock open. In an envelope with your name on it, you will find the keys, directions and a map.

Please re-lock the box and you’re on your way. Please stop by our office the next day to give the imprint of your Visa or Matercard and formally sign our paperwork.
