This 2 Level, 2 Bedroom + Loft, 2 Bathroom condo located in the beautiful Aspens community is perfect for groups of friends and or family looking to enjoy a wonderful experience in Jackson Hole.This deluxe condo has access to the shuttle bus, which will take you directly to the base of the mountain in Teton Village.

The main level of this condo features a very comfortable, very beautiful living room area with a cable television, DVD, VCR for your pleasure, and a wood burning fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on those snowy winter days. The living room also consists of plenty of seating so the whole group will be comfortable and a queen sofa-sleeper for those larger groups of 6-8. The kitchen overlooks the living room and is fully equipped with sink, disposal, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook a great meal just as if you were back in the comforts of your own home!

The dining area has seating comfortably for 6 at a long beautiful wood table. From the dining area there is access to the patio, which shows off the beautiful mountains. The patio includes patio furniture and a gas grill for your enjoyment. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed, two end tables with lamps, and a cable television. Also on the main level there is a full bathroom, with washer/ dryer included.

On the second level there is a loft and another bedroom with two twin size beds which converts into a king size bed (upon request and fee). The bedroom is decorated with a rustic western theme, perfect for the Wyoming atmosphere. The loft consists of a sofa sleeper (semi private). On the second level there is also another full bathroom. This condo located in the Aspens is a perfect getaway spot so come check it out!

Thanks for throwing in the extra free night and working with us on the late departure. The pull out and the loft were good for teenagers. The access to the Jackson Village and the Park entrance was superb. It was also nice to have the little market nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay in the aspens. The Chokeberry 3824 had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensil, which were great for cooking any of our own meals. It was great having our own washer and dryer to wash our clothes during our stay so we didn't have to do it when we got back. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes. Our kids loved the room upstairs with their own TV, loft and bathroom. The bathrooms were very nice with plenty of towels. We enjoyed the living room with the nice fireplace, which we used once or twice. The condo was quiet we didn't have problems with hearing our neighbors or other people. We also really enjoyed the option of belonging to the athletic Club for a little extra money. The store in the aspens was really handy so you didn't have to travel into Jackson to get groceries. They had a great outdoor pool and nice exercise room. I also like the great access to the paved trail for running or biking. We liked being close to some nice restaurants Calico and Q Roadhouse. It was close to Grand Teton NP and Jackson as well. The only things we disliked at all were that the kitchen was a bit small so it was hard for more than one person to work in it at a time and the nicer coffee maker wasn't working properly. There was an additional coffee maker, but it was not as good. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to other people. This is the second time we have stayed at the aspens.

Policies for Chokeberry 3824

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

  • Property Management of Jackson Hole is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

  • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Property Management of Jackson Hole and they will contact a repair seervice contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

  • Property Management of Jackson Hole is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

  • If available, roll-away beds and king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each. 

  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Property Management of Jackson Hole will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 P.M. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Property Management of Jackson Hole.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office. 

If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 1755 North Highway 89, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Late check-outs must always be approved 24 hours prior to departure by Property Management of Jackson Hole. Late check-outs may not always be approved. If approved, the cost of a late check-out is $50.00 per hour and the maximum extension is 3 hours.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
If you are checking in after hours, your packet with directions and keys will be outside the building in a locked box. The combination to the locked box is 7777. Please sign the bottom of the rental agreement and leave it inside the box. Re-lock the box by closing the lock and reorganizing the numbers so that they do not reflect 7777. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
