The Cody Peak Lodge is an extraordinary and luxurious Jackson Hole getaway full of personality and spacious living. This 6,800 square foot Teton Village home is located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and offers ski-in/ski-out accommodations. The Cody Peak Lodge, with designer décor, offers a warm and inviting, vacation experience. The tree house designed lodge is filled with large windows and bright colors and is great for large families or multiple families to spend a fun and memory filled vacation.

The high-end kitchen boasts top of the line appliances, a center island, bar with seating for 4, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a sitting area with TV and DVD. Its inviting and warm feel of French Country is just the beginning of this magnificent home. The kitchen opens up to the dining area with seating for 8 in front of the wood burning stove.

A few steps up, on the other side of the fire place you will find an elegant and spacious living room. This room features high ceilings and large picture windows allowing an array of natural light to the brightly colored and inviting living room. Here you will enjoy some warm cocoa in front of the amazing rock fireplace with a wood burning stove after a long day of skiing or hiking. Completing the room is the patio with hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor grass and wooded yard. April thru July you will enjoy the spring fed creek as it runs through the property.

Downstairs is the spacious family room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the sauna, and one of the laundry rooms. The family room offers an entertainment center featuring a TV, DVD, VCR, and Play Station, a queen size sofa bed, and exercise equipment. The laundry room is fully equipped and spacious. One guest bedroom is fun and inviting with a king size bed and private bathroom. The other bedroom is great for kids featuring cowboy themed décor, 2 bunk beds, and a twin bed. Each of these bedrooms has their own bathroom.

The third level of this magnificent home offers lofted views of the living room, 2 additional bedrooms, and the 2nd laundry room. The guest bedroom on this level is brightly decorated with a queen bed and attached private bathroom with jetted tub and shower. This brightly decorated room is full of personality and offers a whimsical feel. Also on this level is the master suite with king bed, large picture windows, and a place to relax and watch television. The room offers a western contemporary feel that is spacious and great for your luxurious vacation. The master bathroom features dual vanities, an amazing walk-in closet, and jetted tub with separate dual head shower.

Cody Peak Lodge is nestled in the trees at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and offers stunning views and fantastic ski access with a location that is just a few minutes walk to the Teton Village base. This home provides luxurious and elegant winter lodging as well as a perfect summer home to take advantage of the many activities offered at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Grand Teton National Park is just minutes away offering hiking, horseback riding, and sightseeing during the summer and fall, and the winter months offer cross country and down hill skiing with snowshoeing or off site snowmobiling.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancelation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

• We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.

• Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.

• Many condominium units have only one parking space.  Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.

• No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-10pm during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 9am-5pm. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
