Unit Descriptions

Queen Bunk- This studio style log cabin includes two queen bunk style beds plus a sofabed to sleep up to 6 and includes a kitchenette and covered deck.

Single Queen- The single queen studio style log cabin has one queen bed plus a sofa bed to sleep up to 4 people. The cabin also includes a kitchenette, cable TV, telephone, covered deck, and custom log furniture.

Single King- This studio style log cabin has one king bed plus a sofabed to sleep up to 4 people. The cabin also includes a kitchenette, covered deck, television, telephone, and custom log furniture.

King Deluxe- The King Deluxe two room log cabin has a king sized bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room to sleep 4 people. The cabin also includes a kitchenette, covered deck, telephone, and television.

Queen Deluxe- The Queen Deluxe two room log cabin has a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room to sleep 4 people. The cabin also includes a kitchenette, covered deck, telephone, and television.

Lodge King Room- The Lodge King Room located upstairs in the lodge has a king sized bed and sofabed to sleep up to 4 people. The Lodge King Room includes a refrigerator, microwave, LCD television, and telephone. (Perfect combination to book with the Lodge Family Suite)

Lodge Family Suite- The Lodge Family Suite includes two queen beds plus a set of twin bunk beds to sleep up to 6 people. The suite includes a full kitchen, television, telephone, alarm clock, and spacious bathroom. (Ideal to book with Single King Lodge room)

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation and Deposit Policies for Winter:

Deposit and Payment - We require a deposit of the 1st night's room charge at the time of booking, with full payment prior to departure.

Cancellations - Cancellations 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Inside 2 weeks, the deposit will be forfeited.

No Snow - If more than 50% of Jackson Hole Ski Area is closed for lack of snow, we will issue refunds.

Cancellation and Deposit Policies for Spring, Summer, and Fall:

Deposit and Payment - We require a credit card to reserve a room at time of booking.

Cancellations - Cancellations 48 hours prior to the night of arrival will receive no penalty. Within 48 hours, the first night room charge will be forfeited as a penalty.

Other Policies:

• The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
• Cowboy Village Resort is a non-smoking facility.
• Pets Allowed. No fee.

Travel Insurance is Recommended:

Note: Travel insurance may be added to reservations any time before final trip payment or before 30 days prior to arrival, whichever comes first. If full payment is due at booking, you may add travel insurance within 72 hours of booking date.
