Elkhorn Lodge is one of the few homes in Teton Village that is truly within walking distance and just minutes to the slopes, shops and restaurants of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This makes it a superb choice for your next mountain getaway in Jackson!

Upon entering this lovely home, guests will find themselves in the breakfast nook and kitchen area. The bay window overlooking the breakfast table offers nice valley views. Four stairs up lead to an open dining area with seating for 8-10, and access to the back patio. The dining area is adjacent to the spacious yet cozy living room that was recently refurnished Fall 2007 with new carpet and furniture. High ceilings, a large, wood burning fireplace, entertainment center with a 35” television and VCR, stereo with CD player, and comfortable furnishings all combine to make a very inviting living area. The large windows offer nice mountain views and open to a protected patio area with the gas BBQ grill, outdoor furniture and outdoor hot tub.

Also on this level is the powder room and separate laundry room. A full bathroom is shared by a bunkroom offering two sets of twin bunk beds and another bedroom with an additional two twin beds. There is also a small game room with a foosball table in this area.

Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom (king bed with a wonderful, new pillowtop mattress) with TV and Master Bath. The bedroom is quite roomy and the bath offers a Jacuzzi Tub as well as separate shower. The other two bedrooms (twins and queen) are also on this level and each enjoys their own private full bath.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

• Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

• The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

• Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

• Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

• Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

• No pets are allowed on the premises. 

• No smoking allowed on the premises. 

• Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

• There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Rendezvous Mountain Rentals and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

• Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

• Rendezvous Mountain Rentals will try to honor special requests and specific units however, these are not guaranteed.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
In the front door is a breezeway with a telephone and locked key box that contains your keys and a map to your accommodations. Should you arrive after hours, the combination to the lock box is 1111. Line up the four tumblers, and press and pull the lock open. In an envelope with your name on it, you will find the keys, directions and a map.

Please re-lock the box and you’re on your way. Please stop by our office the next day to give the imprint of your Visa or Matercard and formally sign our paperwork.
