Nestled among willows and wildflowers the Heron House is secluded luxury. Spectacular views can be found from every room. Relaxing inside or enjoying the large decks that wrap the East and South side of the home one can observe the abundant wildlife and waterfowl. Unparallel mountain views of the Teton and Gros Ventre Mountain ranges abound. The extraordinary grounds are wonderful for a quick stroll or get your exercise in the private gym.

The well appointed gourmet kitchen features a Thermador gas range with six burners, grill and professional exhaust hood. Complete with a butler’s pantry large refrigerator and separate freezer this kitchen it is a chef’s delight. There is a quiet dining nook with bay windows perfect for afternoon tea.

The great room has a grand double sided fireplace with luxurious seating designed to induce family chats or solo repose. Just on the other side of the fireplace is the dining room. Enjoy the gentle sputter of the fire while you dine and visit.

A sitting room, enrobed in barn wood is equipped with a comprehensive entertainment system including a large flat screen TV, it is the perfect spot to catch a movie. Or perhaps unwind with a game of billiards in the game room. The options are endless in this opulent abode.

Upstairs feature a lofted music room including a Steinway piano. Sit and listen as the music dances to the great room open below. Also on the second floor are the four bedrooms, all with their own flat screen Televisions, balconies and en suite bathrooms. The master bath also features a sauna, steam shower and jetted tub.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancelation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

• Many condominium units have only one parking space.  Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.

• No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
The registration office is open 8am-10pm during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 9am-5pm. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
