There is a stream that runs between the buildings as well as a small yard in the front and the rear of the condominiums. There is a tennis court located at the other side of the parking lot. From this area there is an expansive view of the mountains.

As you enter this comfortable condo with walk in access, you will find an entryway with coat rack and shoe storage. There is a convenient table to hold your personal items as well. To the right of this, is a private bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress topper, new bedding, two night tables, and closet space. Beside this bedroom, with access from the hallway, is the bathroom. This full bathroom offers a washer and dryer, plenty of counter space and cabinetry, sink, and rain showerhead in tub/shower. Proceeding past the bathroom is the fully upgraded kitchen. This kitchen boasts all new appliances, new countertop, sink and faucet, and is stocked with all guest entertaining needs as well as a dishwasher for easy clean up! The kitchen opens to the living area with and there is a dining table with seating for five.

This cozy living area has a wood burning fireplace with flat screen TV and DVD player mounted above. There is a new queen size sofa sleeper, new chair, and additional sleeping for one on a twin mattress in a large window bunk! There is also a patio area with a gas grill located just off of the living area for additional entertaining convenience. The patio opens to a beautiful lawn space as well.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

• Property Management of Jackson Hole is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

• The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

• Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

• Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

• Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

• No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

• No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

• Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

• There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Property Management of Jackson Hole and they will contact a repair seervice contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

• Property Management of Jackson Hole is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

• Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

• If available, roll-away beds and king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each. 

• No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.
