This is a lovely home with many windows and lots of light. It is next to a seasonal stream and has a wonderful yard. The Johnson house can sleep up to eight people and is perfect for a large family. This two story home was built in 1993.

The first level includes the living room with a river rock fireplace and views of the mountains the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, the den, the hall bath, the master bedroom, the utility room, and the attached garage.

There is a very spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space and a large island in the middle. It contains all the standard appliances plus a microwave and a trash compactor. It has hardwood floors and granite counter tops. At one end of the kitchen is a door that leads to the hot tub room, and at the other end of the kitchen is the informal dining room with a bar and three bar stools.

The second level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The den has a double hide-a-bed sofa. Outside are two decks with great mountain views.

Policies for Johnson House

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancelation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.  

Since there are no exceptions to these policies under any circumstance, we recommend purchasing travelers insurance. For questions regarding travel insurance please visit http://content.travelguard.com/adx/aspx/adxGetMedia.aspx?DocID=20582. To purchase coverage call us at 1-800-329-9205.

Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.

  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.

  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

  • Please, all properties are non-smoking.

  • Sorry, no pets.

  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.

  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale.

  • Please lock doors at all times.

  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.

  • Many condominium units have only one parking space.  Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.

  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-10pm during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 9am-5pm. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
