One of the newer homes built in Teton Village, the McBean House was completed in the spring of 1998. This two-story home is located on an elevated lot offering terrific views of the mountains and valley.
The entrance is a spacious foyer with slate floors. A hallway follows around to the right leading to three bedrooms, a second set of stairs, and a separate bathroom. To the left of the entry is the first set of hardwood stairs leading to a second level. Along the hall to the right, there is a sitting area with comfortable seating, TV, VCR and stereo. Further down the hall, there are two twin bedrooms with a shared full bath. At the end of the hall, 6 steps up from the entry level, is the master bedroom with queen bedding. It boasts a sitting area, large closets, and a full bathroom en-suite.
The ground level also provides access to a large hot tub on a secluded deck. The second level has an open layout incorporating the kitchen, dining area, and great room, all with hardwood floors. Enormous windows affording amazing views of the mountains and valley surround the entire living and dining areas. There is a deck on both the eastern and western sides of the living room. The dining area seats 10. The kitchen boasts modern, top of the line appliances and granite countertops. It is spacious and well equipped for preparing meals or entertaining. A half-bath is located on the second level next to the kitchen.
A second master suite is situated off the living room through a small hallway. As the first, it has queen bedding, large closets and en-suite full bathroom. A utility room with laundry facilities is adjacent to the entry foyer.
A family vacation in the McBean house is a great way to experience Jackson Hole.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival.
If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.
Cancelation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
