Moose Creek #9 is a luxurious 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Townhome located in Teton Village, at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Jackson Hole Wyoming. This end-unit is situated directly beside the Moose Creek Chairlift, providing extremely convenient ski access. This unit is decorated with a rustic western elegance, with lots of artwork. The appliances and electronic equipment however is all brand new and top of the line.

Upon entry to this beautiful condo there is a spacious area with a large closet and a 2 sets of stairs, one going up, the other going down. The Downstairs area has the entryway to the garage, the washer dryer, a storage closet and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom. This bedroom provides a TV/VCR, down comforters and electric blankets for ultimate comfort. It is decorated with beautiful artwork and a western style.

Upstairs from the entryway is the main, open design living area. To the left is the dining room that includes a 6 seat, old wood table, an elk chandelier and a balcony that looks over the Moose Creek Development. Going straight from the stairway is the Kitchen. It is a Deluxe, Top of the Line Kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and it is fully equipped with everything you would ever need in a kitchen.

There is also a small flat screen TV that hangs below the cupboards. The living room is to the right of the kitchen and is beautifully decorated and has very comfortable furnishings. There is a spectacular Rock fireplace as well as a 50" Flat Screen HDTV/DVD, with a Bose Surround Sound System.

There is a deck located just off the living room that shows off great views of the mountain, the chairlift and has a gas and a Hot Tub. The bedroom on this level is also very stylish and has beautiful artwork. There is a King size bed, a comfortable chair for lounging, a TV, a large closet and a private bathroom.

Moving Along to the top level, guests will find the master bedroom with a King size bed. This bedroom feels like an apartment by itself. There is a private balcony with valley views, a walk in closet (that includes exercise weights and a roll away bed) and a treadmill. This very large room also includes a comfortable lounging chair and a flat screen television that is embedded into the wall. The in-suite bathroom contains a tub as well as a stand up shower and a double sink. This is a phenomenal unit that is very spacious and luxurious, but also has a great rustic western feel.

This is a very comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse with great kitchen facilities. While the rental unit is a bit worn, it was clean and well stocked with toiletries and supplies. The location and back road in the park just couldn't be beat. While being closer to Jackson Hole may be appealable to most, Teton Village had great restaurants and shopping. We will be back!!

Policies for Moose Creek 9

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited. 

Since there are no exceptions to these policies under any circumstance, we recommend purchasing travelers insurance. For questions regarding travel insurance please visit http://content.travelguard.com/adx/aspx/adxGetMedia.aspx?DocID=20582. To purchase coverage call us at 1-800-329-9205.

Other Policies:

  • Property Management of Jackson Hole is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

  • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Property Management of Jackson Hole and they will contact a repair seervice contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

  • Property Management of Jackson Hole is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

  • If available, roll-away beds and king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each. 

  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Property Management of Jackson Hole will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 P.M. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Property Management of Jackson Hole.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office. 

If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 1755 North Highway 89, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Late check-outs must always be approved 24 hours prior to departure by Property Management of Jackson Hole. Late check-outs may not always be approved. If approved, the cost of a late check-out is $50.00 per hour and the maximum extension is 3 hours.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
If you are checking in after hours, your packet with directions and keys will be outside the building in a locked box. The combination to the locked box is 7777. Please sign the bottom of the rental agreement and leave it inside the box. Re-lock the box by closing the lock and reorganizing the numbers so that they do not reflect 7777. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
