The Moose Trail Lodge is a great house for either your winter or summer vacation.

The living room offers a large, double sided stone fireplace that is the focal point of the spacious Great Room. Many windows and the vaulted ceiling enhance the open feeling created here. A large screen television with DVD are available with a separate conversation area located around the fireplace. A dining table for 12, a pool table, and access to the large, outdoor deck complete this Great Room.

The kitchen has a whole new look and offers top of the line and state of the art kitchen equipment and overlooks the great room with another seating area for smaller group gatherings and a separate private deck.

The five bedrooms are all individually decorated with a different wildlife theme. The master bedroom is known as the Moose Room and offers a fireplace, television, his and her bathrooms with a steam shower, jetted tub, walk-in closet, and access to an outside deck. Downstairs you will find the other four bedrooms beginning with the Bear Room. This room also offers a fireplace and television and is located next to a full bath. The Wolf Room, a walk-in closet and full bath. The Buffalo Room and the Bear Cub Room share the fourth full bath. In the Bear Cub Room there is also a small television/video player.

A large laundry room and two car garage complete the picture of a great vacation home.

The lodge features fabulous ski access, with ski-in convenience and a short 5 minute walk to the lifts.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancelation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

• A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.

• No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

• Property you have rented may be listed for sale.

• Please lock doors at all times.

• We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.

• Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.

• Many condominium units have only one parking space.  Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.

• No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
The registration office is open 8am-10pm during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 9am-5pm. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
