Planning a group or extended family get-together? Morley Manor is an exceptional two-level property that can easily accommodate up to 16 people with plenty of room to spare.

Upon entering the home, guests will find themselves in the main living room. This room offers floor to ceiling windows with inspiring valley views. There is access to the outside deck that runs the length of the home. Patio furniture is provided to allow guests to relax or entertain on the deck. In the living room a wood burning fireplace, an entertainment center with flat screen television, DVD/VCR combo and stereo/CD make this a very inviting area to congregate. The dining area (seating up to 14) is just adjacent with the large kitchen containing: two dishwashers, two Viking® gas ranges, a full size SubZero® fridge and full size freezer, and a Viking® icemaker. A pleasant sunroom with patio furniture to seat 8 additional people is nearby. The powder room is located near the main entry and just off of the living room and kitchen.

To the left of the main living room is the den. Here you fill find built-in bookcases, another television and fireplace. Again, guests will enjoy the full views and access to the deck. Beyond this room is the master bedroom and bath. The bedroom (King) is spacious and includes yet another fireplace, television, and wonderful views. The master bath/closet offers plenty of storage space, two separate vanity areas, a jetted bathtub, a separate shower and water closet.

The downstairs can be accessed by two separate stairways, one near the front entry and one within the master bath dressing area. On this level guests can access the Jacuzzi, game room and Sauna on one end of the house. Next to the game room is a full bath with 2 showers and on the other side is a cute bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The third bedroom has two twins plus a daybed/trundle, the fourth bedroom has two queen beds, and the fifth bedroom a king bed. All three of these bedrooms have large windows, nice views and enjoy a private full bath complete with dressing area. The laundry room, with a laundry chute from the master bedroom, is also located on this level. A two-car garage is available for guest use.

This amazing home allows large groups to comfortably spread out, but also provides cozy conversational areas such as the sunroom, living room or den. It is best to see this home in person to appreciate all it has to offer, but it would be a wonderful retreat for your next vacation!

Great location on the mountain. Huge place with modern kitchen. Somewhat dated, but priced very well to make up for not being a brand new house. I would definitely recommend Morely Manor for a large group of people looking to vacation in Teton Village.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

• Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

• The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

• Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

• Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

• Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

• No pets are allowed on the premises. 

• No smoking allowed on the premises. 

• Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

• There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Rendezvous Mountain Rentals and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

• Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

• Rendezvous Mountain Rentals will try to honor special requests and specific units however, these are not guaranteed.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
In the front door is a breezeway with a telephone and locked key box that contains your keys and a map to your accommodations. Should you arrive after hours, the combination to the lock box is 1111. Line up the four tumblers, and press and pull the lock open. In an envelope with your name on it, you will find the keys, directions and a map.

Please re-lock the box and you’re on your way. Please stop by our office the next day to give the imprint of your Visa or Matercard and formally sign our paperwork.
