The Nabs house is spacious and perfect for a large group. 4 X 4 vehicle is recommended to access this home during the winter. The entrance has a ski tuning area with stone floors, and plenty of wall cubbies, coat hooks, ski storage, and closet space. The entrance to this home is on the lower level. Washer and dryer as well as sauna are in the entrance hallway.
The den is a small sitting room with couch and TV. The downstairs king suite has lots of closet space. There is a private bath with his & her sinks, shower/tub. There is also a bedroom with a hall bathroom. Upstairs there is one large open room with dining/kitchen/living space. The dining room opens to the living room and kitchen and seats 10. Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival.
If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.
Cancelation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
