Well appointed Rental
Condo was well located for our intentions and certainly well appointed. Nice dishes, appliances and furnishings. And a bargain, at that.

Wonderful!
Our experience with the rental unit and property management, and the whole process and vacation was awesome! The unit was recently updated and was perfect for our family's needs. We enjoyed having access to the hot tub across the street for our sore muscles after all the adventures of horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking. The unit was quiet other than a little parking lot noise in the early mornings when others were headed out for their adventures. We would recommend! Only wish we could have stayed longer! Liked the convenient location close to Teton Natl Park and the restaurants in Teton Village as well as access to the activities.

We really liked it...
So, my wife and I, my brother and his wife and our parents went on a motorcycle tour of Teton National Park and Yellowstone. The apartment we had was nice and well maintained. Parking was tight, but managable. It was a perfect location for us where we were next to an entrance to Teton NP and not too far from Jackson. We were there over the 4th of July and Teton Village had fireworks. We really enjoyed our stay.

amazing home away from home
our party was unexpectedly small, so i went to jackson with my boyfriend and just one other friend. the condo was definitely very spacious for the three of us, but it was quite a treat. Nez perce #3 had recently been renovated, so everything was fantastic. the staff was helpful, though we really didn't need much. we had a car, which was probably unnecessary, other than for doing a big shopping in town. we went to jackson to snowboard, not to hang out in the town of jackson, so it was great to be slopeside. there was enough to do in the village anyway. [that said, we did also go snowmobiling to the granite hot springs which was great. and even the nearby elk viewing on sleds was nice. one tip: we went mid march and the conditions were touchy, and yellowstone closed mid-way, so if you want to do excursions, plan accordingly.] the mountain is amazing. sort of divided into an extreme side and a beginner side, with some intermediate. the staff on the mountain was probably the friendliest i've ever met, despite the crazy terrain. we had a blast and after a full day of riding, it was a pleasure just to hang out in our comfy condo!. thank you , and we hope to see you again. one request to management: a better knife set and non-stick pots/pans!

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival.
If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.
Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:
Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.
The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
No smoking allowed on the premises.
Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Rendezvous Mountain Rentals and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Rendezvous Mountain Rentals will try to honor special requests and specific units however, these are not guaranteed.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
In the front door is a breezeway with a telephone and locked key box that contains your keys and a map to your accommodations. Should you arrive after hours, the combination to the lock box is 1111. Line up the four tumblers, and press and pull the lock open. In an envelope with your name on it, you will find the keys, directions and a map.
Please re-lock the box and you’re on your way. Please stop by our office the next day to give the imprint of your Visa or Matercard and formally sign our paperwork.
