Teton Shadows - Owen A is a new addition to our property management program in Jackson Hole! It is a moderate; 2 bedroom, 2 bath town home with 1350 SQF of living space on 2 levels.

This unit is located only 2 miles to Jackson Hole airport, and 6 miles to the town of Jackson. The mountain resort will be a short 15 minute drive for ski vacations, and offers fantastic views of the mountain range and Teton range. Teton shadows is an excellent rental property for those who are looking to snowmobile in the winter months.

The main living level has the kitchen and living room with patio access to the stream side deck. The upper level has the 2 bedrooms, 1 master with Queen and 1 guest bedroom with Queen. The upper level has a large jetted tub in the master bedroom and a private walk in sauna. The master bedroom also has a cable TV included.

The backyard allows for privacy, although the town home is connected to another unit. With a BBQ grill on the deck, and a private wood-burning fireplace in the living room makes for great evenings, after a long day. A standard phone, cable TV and a DVD player are provided. This unit comes with a 1 car garage.

This Teton Shadows unit has wireless internet access.

Enjoy all four seasons in the Teton Shadows Town homes of Jackson Hole Wyoming. These units are located approximately 5 miles from the Town of Jackson and 2 miles from Jackson Hole Airport. Most units have Grand Teton Views, and others have views of the Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis golf course.

Great stay. Treat yourself to a townhouse instead of a hotel room. Gives you time to rest late or sleep early without noisy hallways and slamming doors. Buy groceries & cooler at Smiths. Make picnic lunches. Save money. Townhouse was quiet and spacious. Enjoyed both tub & sauna in mid June. Nights still close to 30 degrees.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

• Property Management of Jackson Hole is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

• The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

• Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

• Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

• Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

• No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

• No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

• Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

• There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Property Management of Jackson Hole and they will contact a repair seervice contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

• Property Management of Jackson Hole is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

• Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

• If available, roll-away beds and king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each. 

• No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.
