The Phoenix house is a contemporary, multi-level home located in Teton Village. This home is located in a wooded, secluded location perfect for a winter or summer getaway.
The entrance to this home is on the first level. The stone-floored vestibule has wooden storage cubbies for gloves hats, goggles etc. There is a door to the garage next to the entryway. Next to the vestibule is a sitting room with two couches and a river rock fireplace, TV, VCR and stereo. Down from the vestibule, there is a bedroom with two twins and an attached bathroom. This floor has access to the outdoor hot tub.
Walking up from the vestibule there is a short flight of stairs that leads to a bedroom with a Queen bed and an attached bath and small balcony.
Up the stairs leads to the main floor of the house where there is a full kitchen and adjacent dining area. This area leads to a deck with a gas grill and patio furniture. There is a dining table with seating for 8. A fully equipped laundry room opens to the fully equipped kitchen.
Next to the kitchen is a sitting room with a queen hide-a-bed sofa and small deck. Also on the main floor there is a spacious living room with a river rock fireplace, TV and stereo. The living room has great windows for a bright and cheery ambience. Up another small flight of stairs from the main level there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and en-suite bath and small deck.
On the top floor is the private master suite. The master suite has a lodgepole king sized bed. There is a walk-in closet and full bath with a double shower as well as a TV and VCR in the master suite.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival.
If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.
Cancelation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
