Quality property and convenient
Lots of room and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The views were great as we saw lots of wildlife and watched parasailors coming off the mountain. Spectacular!!

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival.
If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.
Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:
Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.
The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
No smoking allowed on the premises.
Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Rendezvous Mountain Rentals and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
In the front door is a breezeway with a telephone and locked key box that contains your keys and a map to your accommodations. Should you arrive after hours, the combination to the lock box is 1111. Line up the four tumblers, and press and pull the lock open. In an envelope with your name on it, you will find the keys, directions and a map.
Please re-lock the box and you’re on your way. Please stop by our office the next day to give the imprint of your Visa or Matercard and formally sign our paperwork.
