Good location, saw a moose in the back yard. Unit is dated and carpet was stained. We had a great time and the unit worked well for 2 couples. Seemed clean except for carpet stains. Area was nice for morning walks.

Beautiful condo, perfect for two couples. It is hard to find a condo that doesn't have single beds in the second bedroom! The condo was clean, tastefully furnished, comfortable, and quiet. We liked the kitchen also.

My daughter and I recently enjoyed a week in Jackson Hole while staying at The aspens. The facility was well appointed and could have easily accommodated 2 more people with equal comfort. Unlike heels, etc, there were plenty of bath towels! It was a short, beautiful drive to the downtown, ski area, and national parks. At the beginning of the complex, we appreciated the variety store and coffee shop. There were 3 restaurants very close by. We highly recommend this facility.

I recently stayed four nights in the aspens at Tamarack 623 with my husband and two kids. We really needed the space after three nights in hotel stays in Yellowstone. We barbequed on grill the first two nights after a long day in the mountains.The 2nd floor porch with green views of the trees and mountains. Washer and drier helped to keep our travel clothes to a minimum. Location close to Teton Village and lots of greenery. Just outside of town by 8 minutes - so much more peaceful. Ate an awesome meal at Calico's just up the road. Kids enjoyed having the small loft and room to their own. The unit is located on the 2nd floor of steep stairs. Must be stressed for anyone who is older or with walking problems.The aspens is a great spot to stay. We would return on any future trips.We also got a discounted price so that helped with our travel cost.

Traveling as 3 adults we do not need or want playground facilities or child-centered activities, nor do we particularly want the chaos that vacationing children bring to what is supposed to be a relaxing vacation. The week we traveled turned out to be a very quiet week in tranquil surroundings and great weather--until our last full day, when a family with several children moved into the condo below us. We were just grateful for the 5 nights that we had no screaming children scaring away wildlife and disturbing our early morning hours.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamarack 623. It is a wonderfully spacious and comfortable condo with very cool artwork and black and white photography of the surrounding area. It has 2 queen bedrooms plus a futon and a pull out couch, as well as a full kitchen and a nice dining room table that we utilized for cooking breakfast and dinner. The main room has plenty of seating, a nice fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. The other review may be outdated, as there is a new flatscreen tv in the master bedroom and the dinnerware was most adequate

One of the nice things about this condo is the location. It is directly between downtown Jackson and Teton Village, so a very short drive to both. This was great for getting to the mountain early in the morning, as well as heading into town for shopping, restaurants and nightlife (we rented a car but the bus route also stops right in the aspens for easy access). The aspens also has its own nice community with other condos, restaurants, a sports club, tennis courts, and other necessities.

I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent in the Jackson Hole area!

Policies for Tamarack 623

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes and will be automatically charged to the card on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited. 
 

Other Policies:

  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.
  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
  • A $39.00 Damage Protection Plan is included on all reservations. The Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damages to the rental property that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The plan will cover the cost of damages up to a maximum limit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.   •  Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  
  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
  • If available, king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each. 
  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.

We are located one mile north of the historic town square on U.S. Highway 89/191 in between the airport and the town of Jackson. Please note that GPS technology tends to have problems finding our location.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office. 

If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 1755 North Highway 89, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

If you are checking in after hours, a package with keys will be outside the Elk Refuge Inn front desk entrance in a box.   Please sign the registration form and leave it inside the box. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
