The dining room table seats six, and the full kitchen comes equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, and a wide range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, mugs and glasses. Or, better still, you can cook with a view of the Tetons by throwing a few steaks on the charcoal grill on the patio.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamarack 623. It is a wonderfully spacious and comfortable condo with very cool artwork and black and white photography of the surrounding area. It has 2 queen bedrooms plus a futon and a pull out couch, as well as a full kitchen and a nice dining room table that we utilized for cooking breakfast and dinner. The main room has plenty of seating, a nice fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. The other review may be outdated, as there is a new flatscreen tv in the master bedroom and the dinnerware was most adequate
One of the nice things about this condo is the location. It is directly between downtown Jackson and Teton Village, so a very short drive to both. This was great for getting to the mountain early in the morning, as well as heading into town for shopping, restaurants and nightlife (we rented a car but the bus route also stops right in the aspens for easy access). The aspens also has its own nice community with other condos, restaurants, a sports club, tennis courts, and other necessities.
I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent in the Jackson Hole area!

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

We are located one mile north of the historic town square on U.S. Highway 89/191 in between the airport and the town of Jackson. Please note that GPS technology tends to have problems finding our location.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Property Management of Jackson Hole will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Property Management of Jackson Hole.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office.
If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 1755 North Highway 89, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Late check-outs must always be approved 24 hours prior to departure by Property Management of Jackson Hole. Late check-outs may not always be approved. If approved, the cost of a late check-out is $50.00 per hour and the maximum extension is 3 hours.
Procedure for Late Arrivals:
If you are checking in after hours, your packet with directions and keys will be outside the building in a locked box. The combination to the locked box is 7777. Please sign the bottom of the rental agreement and leave it inside the box. Re-lock the box by closing the lock and reorganizing the numbers so that they do not reflect 7777. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
