This third floor condo is as open and modern as it is cozy and comfortable, appealing to all with its thoughtful design.

The foyer welcomes guests with its slate floors, built-in slated bench, cubbies, wall hooks and painted console. Just beyond, the great room unfolds graciously with a hunter green accent wall tying it all together: a textured couch dialogues with two leather armchairs, a soapstone coffee table, and a modernist Rais wood stove. A large flat-screen TV offers entertainment, as does the healthy stock of board games and books. Photography lines the walls. Glass doors open onto a private deck with valley views and a table. A dining table seats eight. The open kitchen features slate floors, a desk nook, pendant lamps, custom granite counters and wood cabinets with stone pulls. The double sink boasts a built-in drying rack. The first bedroom features two twin beds atop lodgepole pine bedframes. An artistic armoire complements a chest of drawer, side table and TV/DVD player. The green walls lend a forested feel. A freshly-renovated detached bath, across the hall, offers a tile shower and tub and elegant countertops. The master suite is outfitted with a king bed backed by a wooden headboard and topped by a sculpture of branches. All of the furniture matches, from the bedframe to the side table and chest of drawers. A wall-mounted TV invites unwinding, while the private deck lures guests outside once again. A Frederick Joy photograph of the wintry Tetons inspires. A walk-in closet and renovated bathroom complete the master suite. The latter features a granite counter and tiled glass shower.

The Teewinot complex lies within walking distance of the lifts, boutiques, bars and restaurants that make the Village a bustling place year-round. From authentic Thai food to hipster woolens and high-tech gear, the Village carries everything you crave on vacation.

The appartment it's beautifully decorated and with everything you may need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is also fully equiped and the living roon is a great place to relax after skiing. Bus stop for going to the town or the main ski lifts it's just in front of the building. The staff from Jhrl was incredibly kind and dedicated. And, of course, the snow was amazing! Wonderful experience.

The unit was beautiful & in good condition & well-stocked with dishes & pots & pans! Dining table was sticky but everything else was clean. Loved the laundry facility in the unit, but bring your own soap, etc. Nice views from the 3rd floor but we were not told in advance that there was no elevator to the 3rd floor. We had to get help from the renting company hauling all our luggage up 3 floors. Also, the "private garage" was actually a common garage with all 4 units. The unit was in a very nice area. Office was hard to find.

we enjoyed our stay in Jackson Hole and loved our condo. It was updated and well-appointed, giving us the convenience of home living with a great kitchen. The location was perfect for us as we played tourist in the Jackson Hole and Teton Park areas. Nice place to "come home to" at the end of the day.

Teewinot B4 was very comfortable accommodations for our larger family. (3 teenagers) Although it was a bit of a hike to the lifts, a quick drop off at the 30 min parking spot got them on their way quickly. The condo looked to be recently renovated and the kitchen had full amenities. The only downfall was the height of the beds. I almost needed a step stool to climb in. The third floor walk up provided good cardio for the day. Having a parking garage was a nice surprise.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season and the Eclipse season (8/18/17-8/23/17) the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
