Tensleep #A12 is a bright, comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located in Teton Village at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort sleeping 2-4 guests. The Tensleep condominiums are centrally located between the Moose Creek Chair lift and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. It is also right across the street from the Sundance Swim & Tennis Club (pool and three Jacuzzis) to use after an enjoyable day of skiing or hiking.

Tensleep A12 is located on 3rd floor of the building with great views of the Sleeping Indian mountain range providing one of the best views that Ten Sleep condos have to offer.

This charming condominium is great for a couple or a small family. The western decor makes the experience unforgettable! Upon entering Tensleep A12, you will find yourself in the living room which is open and bright. The living room features a beautiful wood stove, TV, DVD player and windows with beautiful valley and Sleeping Indian views. Firewood for the wood stove is provided. There is also a couch that folds out into a queen size sofa sleeper and two lounge chairs. This condo has high speed and wireless internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal! The dining room area provides a table with a wood table for four guests.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, end table with reading lamp, closet, dresser, and TV. There is a full sized bathroom next to the bedroom.

Guests staying in Tensleep A12 will enjoy complimentary use of the Sundance Tennis & Swim Club with outdoor pool, three Jacuzzis, and outside tennis courts located just a short walk from their accommodations. During the winter season, complimentary shuttle bus service to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is also available. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the town of Jackson for a nominal fee.

We booked the condo with Property Management of Jackson Hole, who gave us excellent service and information about some Jackson Hole and Teton Village services, restaurants and activities. Teton Village is a ski resort, but has some summer activities. Unfortunately our stay was in the shoulder season (October/fall) and many of the services were closed for seasonal maintenance, eg. ski lifts. However the location at the base of the southern Teton Ranges is gorgeous. Available activities included trail walking, mountain bike riding (bikes were for hire) and wild life viewing. There's an abundance of wild life around the area including elk, moose, black bear (occasionally), squirrel and many bird varieties. In fact elk were grazing just outside our building. Teton Village is a little way out of Jackson Hole (best accessed by car) and doesn't have as many amenities. But this beautiful and quite location suited us. We expect it's very busy during the 'on' season. The condo was amongst a group of about 12 'apartments' in a three storey complex (accessed by stairs). The interior was very spacious with separate bedroom (with queen sized bed), kitchen, bathroom and lounge/dining room. The views from all rooms was great, however due to the arrangement of the apartments in the 3-storey block, some of the windows were a little small. The kitchen was well appointed with all that you'd need to prepare your own meals and the lounge/dining room furniture was very comfortable. We don't know how the place would be cooled in summer, but the heating by electric wall ducted coils was fantastic. There was also a wood combustion fire place that we didn't use. The best thing about the stay was definitely the beautiful surroundings and such close proximity to the Teton Ranges and Yellowstone National Park (albeit about 2 hours away by car). It was a shame that not all of the services and activities in Teton Village were operating. However we would highly recommend the accommodation.

This was an excellent Condo for the price. It was a short drive into Jackson Hole or north and beyond to Moose Junction and beyond. We saw lots of wildlife and will definitely stay here again if it's available. I would recommend some better reading lights (my spouse is an avid reader) and another bedside table. The outside decking leading to the condo needs new paint but the inside was clean and everything was in good working order.

Policies for Tensleep A12

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

  • Property Management of Jackson Hole is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

  • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Property Management of Jackson Hole and they will contact a repair seervice contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

  • Property Management of Jackson Hole is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

  • If available, roll-away beds and king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each. 

  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Property Management of Jackson Hole will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 P.M. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Property Management of Jackson Hole.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office. 

If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 1755 North Highway 89, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Late check-outs must always be approved 24 hours prior to departure by Property Management of Jackson Hole. Late check-outs may not always be approved. If approved, the cost of a late check-out is $50.00 per hour and the maximum extension is 3 hours.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
If you are checking in after hours, your packet with directions and keys will be outside the building in a locked box. The combination to the locked box is 7777. Please sign the bottom of the rental agreement and leave it inside the box. Re-lock the box by closing the lock and reorganizing the numbers so that they do not reflect 7777. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
