The newly remodeled Teton Retreat is located within walking distance of the mountain and close to other Teton Village amenities. This property affords excellent views of the Gros Ventre Mountains including Sleeping Indian. A wooded backyard and an abundance of trees offers great opportunities to view wildlife during your stay.
The entrance to this home is on the lower level. There are three bedrooms on this level, including a master suite with a queen sized bed. There is another bedroom with a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Western, lodge pole accents are found throughout the bedrooms. There are TV's in most of the bedrooms and each room offers comfortable bedding as well as tasteful western decor.
Stairs lead to the main level offering an open floor plan. This spacious area connects the living room, reading area and kitchen. There is a nice reading area with overstuffed chairs in addition to the living room with a stone fireplace, comfortable couches, TV, VCR, and stereo. Just above the reading area sits a cozy loft with a twin daybed and lots of books. The deck is accessible from this level. The lodge pole deck is spectacular.
The kitchen has new appliances, island with gas stove & oven and breakfast nook with 4 stools. The second level has a second master bedroom with king sized bed, TV, and a separate full size bathroom with a separate full size bathroom with a spectacular tiled shower.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival.
If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.
Cancelation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
