This delightful 5 bedroom, 4 bath cabin offers sophisticated comfort with views to match. With several living areas and plenty of outdoor space, this house is ideal for families looking for the perfect Teton getaway.

The Teton View Cabin is essentially divided into two wings connected by a large family room with a fireplace and access to an outdoor deck with Jacuzzi. The original wing houses a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a "see-through" fireplace. High ceilings and large windows frame views of the Tetons for everyone to enjoy. This wing has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and a bathroom; the other two bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom. There is a queen bed in one room which has a private balcony facing north to the Tetons and the third bedroom offers (2) twin beds.

The new wing of the cabin has the additional two bedrooms; the master bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite bath, and the second bedroom provides a queen bed with(2) twin beds above in a loft. The ensuite bathroom in this bedroom has a wonderful slate tile surround in the shower which include fossils adding to the rustic yet sophisticated qualities of this house.

There is also an office located in this wing which has a large desk situated underneath a window offering fabulous views of the Tetons.

The family room in the new wing provides a 60” HDTV and ample seating in a sectional sofa. There is a lovely sitting area in the newer wing which also has a sectional sofa that is perfect for families to spend some quality time together. You can enjoy the fireplace in this room while basking in the serenity of the views outside the windows.

Winter or summer, the Teton View Cabin provides the perfect setting for a fantastic Jackson Hole vacation.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

• Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

• The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

• Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

• Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

• Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

• No pets are allowed on the premises. 

• No smoking allowed on the premises. 

• Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

• There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Rendezvous Mountain Rentals and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

• Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

• Rendezvous Mountain Rentals will try to honor special requests and specific units however, these are not guaranteed.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
In the front door is a breezeway with a telephone and locked key box that contains your keys and a map to your accommodations. Should you arrive after hours, the combination to the lock box is 1111. Line up the four tumblers, and press and pull the lock open. In an envelope with your name on it, you will find the keys, directions and a map.

Please re-lock the box and you’re on your way. Please stop by our office the next day to give the imprint of your Visa or Matercard and formally sign our paperwork.
