Timber Ridge 6 is a lovely townhome located in Teton Village, home of the world renowned ski and recreation area Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This area provides conveniences to ski lifts, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and more. Timber Ridge 6 is a spacious three level townhome which is wonderfully accommodating for larger groups. The floorplan offers open common areas with vaulted ceilings, a rock fireplace, open dining area, and a balcony with breathtaking views providing you with a great area to entertain. The private bedrooms will allow you to escape when you’re in need of some rest and relaxation. 14 adults stayed here for 3 days while we did a cleanup project in the area. We had plenty of room for sleeping, visiting, and for playing games at night.. The rental staff was great to work with while setting it up. They went the "extra mile" in answering questions, etc., and were very friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the books about the history of the area. Our grandparents had homesteaded in the area (1900-1932), and we were there to clean and beautify their little family cemetery at the eastern edge of Teton Village. So we found the books with info and pictures about the early life in the area quite interesting. Our thanks to the owners and managers of this property for a great stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the furniture. There was room for all of us to gather for meals and visiting. Plenty of dishes ,etc. Maybe one small suggestion: When cooking for 14 people, a couple of the big frypans would be helpful. We would definitely stay here again.!

We hiked, biked and played hard during the day, then slept well at night. Beds were good--all used but the sofa bed. Every floor had an individual thermostat. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to make meals for 12 to eat together. Though the living area appeared small in the picture, there was plenty of space to play games, tell family stories to a new generation, watch the NBA semi-finals, and watch the hot air balloons drift in the morning air..Laundry room was convenient, detergent included. Unfortunately sauna was out of order. Cribs not available, must be rented. Stairs are carpeted which was a relief with two young ones.It was clean and wireless internet worked well. Fun to watch the moose eat bushes next to the complex. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was fantastic - enough room for all 12 of us to sleep comfortably with an easy walk into Teton Village. The Jackson Hole Rental folks were wonderful - they called us to inform us of items left behind and mailed items back to us - great customer service!

Comfortable unit for a famili,but be prepared to walk up and down the stairs since the living,dining and kithen is on the second floor and there is only one bedroom on this floor.

Great location! Very clean and comfortable. Nice place for a big group. We really enjoyed use of the pool, gondola ride in the village, hiking, and horseback riding.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes and will be automatically charged to the card on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.
  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
  • A $39.00 Damage Protection Plan is included on all reservations. The Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damages to the rental property that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The plan will cover the cost of damages up to a maximum limit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.   • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
  • If available, king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each.
  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.

Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office.

If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 155 North Jackson St, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

If you are checking in after hours, a package with keys will be outside the Miller Park Lodge front desk entrance in a box. Please sign the registration form and leave it inside the box. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
