Timber Ridge #9 is a beautifully renovated, ski-in townhome in Teton Village, home of the famous ski resort in Jackson Hole called the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.Timber Ridge Townhomes are ski-in properties and some of the closest properties to the Moose Creek lift providing extreme convenience to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Timber Ridge 9 has been completely renovated and incorporates beautiful western artwork throughout.

Timber Ridge 9 offers a covered car port for guest convenience. On the first level of this townhome there is a mud room, ski storage, and a utility room with washer/dryer. The bedroom on this level offers a queen size bed, dresser with vanity mirror, TV, side tables with reading lamps, and a closet with luggage racks for guest convenience. There is also a full bathroom with hardwood floors and granite counter tops.

The second level of this townhome offers a warm, inviting living room with large windows highlighting spectacular mountain and valley views. All windows in this room have beautiful drapery to block out light and provide privacy. The living room features tall vaulted ceilings, brand new furniture, a beautiful wood burning rock fireplace, and a new large high definition flat screen TV with DVD player with surround sound. There is also high speed wireless internet that can be used throughout the townhome. The large balcony off of the living room offers views of the mountains and the valley, BBQ grill and patio furniture available during summer months. Timber Ridge Townhomes offer arguably the best view that Teton Village Properties have to offer.

The open designed, tastefully remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, and a breakfast bar with four western barstools making the kitchen a popular place to congregate. The dining room to the right of the breakfast bar has a beautiful wood dining room table seating 10 guests. The master suite is also on this level and offers a king size bed, brand new high definition 32" inch flat screen TV, his/her closets, leather lounging-reading chair, and a newly remodeled master bathroom with hardwood floors and granite countertops. There is also a private balcony facing the ski mountain off of the master suite.

On the top level of Timber Ridge 9, guests will find the final three tastefully decorated bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bathroom is fully upgraded with dual vanities, hardwood floors, and granite counter tops. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with two side tables with reading lamps, an armoire with a TV and DVD player, and a closet. The second bedroom offers two twin size beds that beds (king convertible upon request/fee). There are also reading lamps for each bed, a dresser and closet for guest convenience. The third bedroom has a daybed with trundle, a TV, DVD player, multi-disc CD player, a couch, lounging chair, books and games.

Guests staying in Timber Ridge 9 will enjoy complimentary use of the Sundance Tennis & Swim Club with outdoor pool and outside tennis courts available in the summer and year round hot tubs just a short walk from their accommodations. During the winter season, complimentary shuttle bus service to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is also available. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the town of Jackson for a nominal fee.

Policies for Timber Ridge 9

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

  • Property Management of Jackson Hole is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

  • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Property Management of Jackson Hole and they will contact a repair seervice contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

  • Property Management of Jackson Hole is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

  • If available, roll-away beds and king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each. 

  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Property Management of Jackson Hole will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 P.M. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Property Management of Jackson Hole.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office. 

If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 1755 North Highway 89, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Late check-outs must always be approved 24 hours prior to departure by Property Management of Jackson Hole. Late check-outs may not always be approved. If approved, the cost of a late check-out is $50.00 per hour and the maximum extension is 3 hours.

Procedure for Late Arrivals
If you are checking in after hours, your packet with directions and keys will be outside the building in a locked box. The combination to the locked box is 7777. Please sign the bottom of the rental agreement and leave it inside the box. Re-lock the box by closing the lock and reorganizing the numbers so that they do not reflect 7777. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
