Thoughtful accents distinguish Teton Pines Townhome 2. From the branch armchair and side table that greets guests upon arrival to the wildlife art hung throughout the home, this townhome delights in the details.

With 2,250 square feet of living space, the townhome unfolds over three floors, starting with the ground level and its tiled foyer linking the one-car garage, laundry room and two bedrooms. Two twin beds – convertible into a king – fill one room, further outfitted with a TV/DVD player, corduroy armchair, ensuite bathroom and sliding glass doors that open onto the patio. A framed collection of National Park stamps decorate the walls. The second downstairs bedroom boasts a queen pine sleigh bed accented with an armchair, a TV/DVD player and vintage Wyoming posters.

Upstairs, the master suite beckons with its lodgepole king bed, two armchairs, chest, desk and ensuite bath with a double vanity and Jacuzzi tub. The adjacent great room features a cathedral ceiling, river rock fireplace, ample seating, a red accent wall and adjoining powder room. An elk mount serves as a sentinel above the open space, and an iconic cowgirl painting by Donna Howell-Sickles fills one wall. The adjoining dining area features a table that comfortably seats six. Located just fives miles from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and 10 minutes from downtown Jackson, Teton Pines is at once convenient and secluded. Graciously landscaped, the resort complex winds around a scenic pond and stream, enjoyed by all including the resident wildlife. Townhome rentals come with complimentary use of Teton Sports Club and its full gym and outdoor hot tub. Guests may walk to the Teton Pines Golf Course and tennis courts, as well as a gourmet market, well-stocked liquor store, two beloved restaurants, a bustling coffeehouse, a UPS store and a salon.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season and the Eclipse season (8/18/17-8/23/17) the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
