4.00 Stars4.00 Stars4.00 Stars4.00 Stars Great location

This was our first visit to Jackson, WY. Loved the location in The Aspens neighborhood. Yes, the market at the front of the complex is terribly overpriced....$6.99 for a small box of Honeynut Cheerios for one of our kids, however, when in a pinch, it was a nice amenity considering Albertsons was a 10 minute drive away. Jackson, WY town square is a 10-15 drive away and you pass Albertsons on the way. We loved The Merry Piglets for Mexican food and upstairs at Town Tavern (outdoor patio overlooks Town Square Park). Moos Homemade Ice Cream is a great stop, as well as Mangelsen's Gallery for amazing photography and an education on the local (and well as worldwide) wildlife. We took the "back" entrance into Grand Teton NP most days and loved passing the beautiful fields and mountain views on the way. You also pass Teton Village. Horses graze in the fields in the late evening. Beautiful photos to be had here! After exploring Teton Village, we much prefer The Aspens. Quite neighborhood. However, if you have neighbors next to you the units can be noisy. I could literally hear the conversation of the people next door. Lucky, this unit is upstairs, so no noise from above to contend with. The unit was affordable and had everything we need for a family of four. However, this is not a remodeled unit, so no fancy bathrooms or kitchen. Loft had two twin beds that our daughters slept on. Master bedroom had a comfortable queen size. However, no blackout shades in the master and we were woken up very early with the rising sun and light, FYI. The loft stayed dark, as did the rest of the unit. Never turned on the TV or music! Too busy seeing wildlife! We cooked dinner one night, and the kitchen functioned well. Never used the washer and dryer. One floor lamp is missing a shade, which i thought was odd, so it was unuseable. Stayed 5 nights total. Teton Raptor Center is a must! Did a 14 hour day in Yellowstone. The entrance is a 2 hour drive and then about another 25 minutes to the first stop with bathrooms and Visitor Center. Spent most of our time at GTNP. A true gem. Please abide by the speed limits at night....very easy to hit and kill a moose or elk or deer. They can jump out in front of you at any time without notice, so please respect speed limits. Four moose killed on this road when we were there. Also saw a car along side the road in GTNP with a completely smashed in windshield from hitting an elk. So very sad.

5.00 Stars5.00 Stars5.00 Stars5.00 Stars5.00 Stars Great Location, Views, Wildlife, Amazing

Greeted by a moose! Need I say more? This charming condo was perfect for our stay. Perfectly located near the National Parks and a quick 5 minute drive to town for groceries or gas. A little market is situated as you come in, but recommend hitting the Albertson for a larger variety & lower prices. Property is located right across the street from the rental office (who was beyond helpful with tips or what to see & where to go to see it)! Boy were they right on! Nailed this trip & saw more than I could have ever imagined. Was able to see ALL of Yellowstone is a day with an amazing view of Old Faithful under a full moon. Can't wait to go back. Only downside was no stairs, but great exercise :)

Very clean, updated condo with everything you need. Home away from home in a spectacular location. This is my second experience in the aspens and both times were just great!
