A spacious, gracious layout makes this Aspens condominium a lovely perch within the pine trees.
The tiled foyer welcomes with its antique bench and large coat closet. The first bedroom features a pair of twin beds backed by upholstered headboards – a room accented by a TV and armoire. An adjacent powder room hides a washer/dryer. The second bedroom boasts a four-poster queen bed atop plush carpet. Two armchairs and a TV round out the room.
The third bedroom, outfitted with a king bed, opens outside via sliding glass doors. The ensuite bath features a Jacuzzi tub.
Upstairs lies the great room, a spacious area defined by its cathedral ceiling and slate fireplace. A deep couch, plush armchairs and entertainment armoire invite relaxing, while the round dining table encourages entertaining.
A breakfast bar with three stools overlooks the gourmet kitchen. Art rooted in local landscape and culture line the walls.
The great room leads into the master suite, which features a king bed, ample closets, tall ceilings, copious windows, a seating area plus couch, and an ensuite bath (basin sink and shower). The suite offers access to an elevated deck, nestled in the pines, with two tables and a gas grill.
Condos in the Aspens sit a short five-minute drive away from Teton Village and within walking distance of the Teton Pines Golf Course, as well as a gourmet market, well-stocked liquor store, two beloved restaurants (one Austrian, one Japanese), a bustling coffeehouse, a lush flower shop, a UPS store and a salon, among other conveniences. The condo comes with complimentary use of Teton Sports Club and its Jacuzzi, fitness equipment and outdoor pool (summer only).

We recently rented this condo unit for a week. We needed six beds for six guys on week long ski trip. The unit has a very comfortable common space, dining area and kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and large. The unit needs a bit of upkeep, but it is clean and rents for a very good price.

Fantastic "great room" which allows for family gatherings. No A/C but by opening the upper floor's windows, it gives a "tree house" effect and there's usually a nice evening breeze flowing through. Upgrading lower floor bathrooms - nice improvements. We assume similar improvements to upper floor are forthcoming. Kitchen in most need of such. We have been booking this particular unit for over 10 years so obviously we must like it.

We love staying in the aspens. This unit is very large, but is really outdated as far as furnishings, etc. There were a few snags in the carpet on the stairs. Just needs a little updating and it would be perfect. The deck off of the master bedroom is awesome. Not a good place for children. They could easily fall through the railing on the stairs. The people at check in were great as usual.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season and the Eclipse season (8/18/17-8/23/17) the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
