Aspens Windflower #2115 Offering magnificent views of the Tetons out of the oversized living room windows, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, which sleeps 4-6 adults, is located only 4 miles from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and 7 miles from the town of Jackson. Located in "The Aspens Racquet Club”, the owners have completed major upgrades on this unit, and is a prime unit in our inventory program.

The unit has a spacious deck with a gas grill off of the living area as well as a small deck off the guest bedroom. The recent renovations include brand new furniture throughout, new paint, a 47” flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom, as well as all new flooring, window coverings and new appliances. High speed cable internet, wireless access and phone, with free local and long distance calling, are also included.

Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have luxurious queen size beds with high-end linens. Off of the master bedroom is a den bonus room with a queen size sofa sleeper and the living room also has a queen sized sofa sleeper.

Within walking distance from the condo are a grocery store, a local coffee shop, a cleaners, several restaurants and a couple of banks including a Wells Fargo branch. Shuttle service to the ski resort is just outside the door!

We stayed in Windflower 2115 with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The unit is close enough to both Grand Teton National Park and Jackson for daily day trips to both. We found the condo to be comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. We would recommend it to others and hope to return in our next visit to the area.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes.  If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee with a minimum of $100.00. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

• Property Management of Jackson Hole is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.

• The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

• Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice. 

• Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.

• Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.

• No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

• No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.  

• Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.

• There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Property Management of Jackson Hole and they will contact a repair seervice contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.

• Property Management of Jackson Hole is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

• Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

• If available, roll-away beds and king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each. 

• No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.
