Wister G features open common areas which are wonderful for entertaining. The interior has western contemporary furniture, decor, and artwork. The private bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms provide ample room for comfort, rest and relaxation. The central location will allow you to quickly access the nightlife in the town of Jackson and both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. Dear David and Nancy:  The four of us had a fabulous stay at your condo.  This was the first time for us in a condo, and we so enjoyed coming "home" at the end of our busy days.  We felt like it was our own place!  We so appreciated all of the considerate touches and details.  Everything here is so comfortable and the location was perfect for our activities.  We look forward to staying here again. We stayed here while in town for a buffalo hunt. It was the perfect size for our hunting party of 6. It had all the amenities of home. I would have given it 5 stars except the toaster didn't work (and we are a bagel eatin crew!) and the light in the Sauna didn't work. Other than that it was very comfortable and affordable and a perfect location for access to the national elk refuge for our hunt. The check in process was smooth and effecient and the lady who checked us in was amazing. We did have to hurry to get checked out by 10 as we got our buffalo around 8:15 the morning we needed to check out! Hopefully we didn't leave any toothbrushes behind! The heated floors in the bathroom were simply amazing!

Good location close to the airport and close enough to Jackson to zip in for shopping and meals. Few issues: the shower water temperature goes from ice cold to scalding hot for no apparent reason. The third floor kids bedroom had no screens on the windows, so could not leave the windows open at night. Got a little warm up there. The condo itself was very nice and we enjoyed our visit.

We had a wonderful stay here. It's a quiet residential neighborhood and if you have kids there's a playground & plenty of room for them to run around. It's very centrally located just north of Jackson and just outside of the Tetons. The condo is setup well and it's probably one of the best stocked condos I've ever been in.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes and will be automatically charged to the card on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to the day of arrival for condos and 90 days prior for homes. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.

Other Policies:

  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is an agent for independently owned properties. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems rarely occur, we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.
  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
  • A $39.00 Damage Protection Plan is included on all reservations. The Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damages to the rental property that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The plan will cover the cost of damages up to a maximum limit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.   • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
  • If available, king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each.
  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.

Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office.

If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 155 North Jackson St, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

If you are checking in after hours, a package with keys will be outside the Miller Park Lodge front desk entrance in a box. Please sign the registration form and leave it inside the box. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
