Our division offers one standard short term management contract at 35% with all- inclusive rates to net our property owners more. This is a no-nonsense approach with no hidden costs of additional fees. We are affiliated with Jackson Hole Reservations, which is the largest wholesale company of in-bound reservations to Jackson Hole, and those fees are also included in our management contract.
Our attractive property management contract is all-inclusive. Services include a fully staffed reservation department open 7 days a week year round from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. Our convenient check-in location in downtown Jackson provides fast and friendly service for our guests arriving in from the airport. We also provide all linens and a top notch cleaning services for daily or weekly cleaning as needed.
Our owners are responsible for homeowner fees, taxes and utilities. If there is a major maintenance item to be fixed over $200 we call our owner and in all other cases our owners are notified of an expense so it is not a surprise. We pay for all other expenses incidental to rentals in the property we manage. This program is awesome for those owners wanting to participate in a passive way without the fuss of day-to-day items. You can expect a consistent cash flow analysis each month and we pay out promptly on the first of each month for the prior months rentals. There are no monthly management fees, no linen fees or other supplies charged for to keep the rental in excellent condition.
