Less than two weeks before our ski trip to Jackson Hole we needed to change our plans including lodging, lift tickets and transportation. A call to Jackson Hole Reservations put us in touch with an extremely professional and understanding agent in Lauren Bishop. In short order Lauren had us in new accommodations, changed our lift tickets and advised us on transportation from the airport and around the Jackson area as well as dining options. Our stay in Jackson Hole was memorable because all the details of our trip were handled smoothly with warmth and humor thanks to Lauren. It is obvious that Jackson Hole Reservations cares about its customers.

I especially want to thank you for taking back Vinod's lift ticket. As it turned out he did not progress much during his lessons and would not have been able to use the pass. Thanks. You can tell the owners we appreciate it. We don't smoke, don't drink, no pets, no teenagers. We've never lost a penny in 30 years of deposits on homes! We will be visiting Jackson Hole Wyoming yearly perhaps also fall and are pleased with you and your company. This confirms our phone call we will take the Soaring Eagle Home from July 6 for 10 nights leaving Friday the 16th.
