Wedding Locations & Lodging Types
We recommend planning a summer wedding well out in advance so we can reserve the proper facilities and obtain proper wedding locations lodging for the guests coming for the wedding event. Our wedding coordinator here is Valari Miller, and our 7 day a week reservation staff are here to assist her daily to help make verything go smoothly. Jackson Hole Reservations has the largest selection of rental homes, rental condos and condominiums of any company in the area. As well, we represent all Jackson Hole hotels and resorts in the area.
For a more moderate lodging approach, we recommend the Miller Park Lodge and the Elk Refuge Inn in downtown Jackson. The Snow King Resort is also a popular and more affordable choice located in downtown Jackson. This quaint resort is located at the base of one of our mountain ski areas. Our activities coordinator arranges for discounted activities for all guests booking lodging with us.
There are many choices to hold larger weddings and receptions in the area. We now have several luxury hotels in Teton Village that feature nice banquet rooms and recetion halls. The Teton Mountain Lodge and Spring Creek Resort are very popular spots for receptions and are moderately priced luxury properties. Some choose to have their Wedding in the Grand Teton National Park and there are facilities at some of the lodges there as well but need to be booked well out in advance.
Jackson Hole Reservations can also guide you in choosing a caterer and help arrange for the flowers and other details of the wedding. Wedding planning in Jackson Hole can be made easy for the group that is coordinating from out of town. The Bride and mother should plan to come to the area at least once before the wedding to help them visualize the event. From that vision we can make the rest happen to make the event a success.
