Inside, the home is furnished with vaulted ceilings, burnished wood floors, rustic decor and wall art, and lots of comfortable furniture. The fireplace will keep everyone warm after a day of outdoor adventures and the full kitchen is loaded with plenty of counter space, appliances, and cookware to inspire your inner chef. You can seat up to six guests at the handsome dining table, and your friends will love being served some delicious wine from Jackson Hole Winery, just nine miles away. Youll have bedrooms on the main and upper levels and plenty of room to move around in. Youll love entertaining out on the private back patio, especially when you spend an evening stargazing. For an extra fee, guests can enjoy shared amenities at the Teton Sports Club. This includes a pool, hot tub, and sauna. Bar J Chuckwagon Suppers is just one and a half miles south with a family atmosphere of stories, fiddling, yodeling, and a great dinner menu for everyone to enjoy. Check out all the fantastic wildlife and nature views you find when you hike along Phillips Canyon Trail, Coal Creek Trail, and Cache Creek Trail. Winter sports enthusiasts will be thrilled with the proximity to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village for skiing and snowboarding. Teton Village is less than five miles north offering endless dining options and slopes for days. THINGS TO KNOW The Teton Sports Club will be temporarily closing for a total renovation of the gym and building. The projected completion date is October 1, 2023. Dates are subject to change due to construction. Guests must provide their own firewood, which can be purchased locally at the grocery store. Charging of EVs electric vehicles is not permitted at this property. This property is managed by Vacasa Wyoming LLC.

House Rules

By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. If early checkin is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late checkout is offered whenever possible for a small fee. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
