Let the kids help you prepare tonights homecooked meal in the wellequipped kitchen youll have plenty of cookware and counter space to make your next culinary adventure a cinch to put together. When youre not out tackling the majestic slopes of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, go for a hot soak in the shared hot tub. The shared pool is the perfect way to cool down after a hotweather hike. Our guests enjoy access to Teton Sports Club. Guest access is complimentary but is subject to change and may require guests to pay a daily fee. Youll love the hikes and diving rock you find when you take your 4x4 up to Phelps Lake, 12 miles north. Winter guests love the ski runs like Sneaky Woods, Dicks Ditch, and Solitude Way at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Youll be just north of lots of great restaurants anytime you need a break from the kitchen. THINGS TO KNOW The Teton Sports Club will be temporarily closing for a total renovation of the gym and building from October 1, 2022, through October 1, 2023. Dates are subject to change due to construction. Guests must provide their own firewood, which can be purchased locally at the grocery store. This property is managed by Vacasa Wyoming LLC.

House Rules

By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. If early checkin is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late checkout is offered whenever possible for a small fee. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
