Whether youre here for the fantastic summer activities or the wintertime skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, this beautiful country home is just what youve been waiting for! Your family can spread out in the rustic splendor of the living room to enjoy movies and ballgames on the TV or a night of board games with friends. Spend the day on the mountain, then come home to thaw in the private sauna. Youll love waking up to the toasty aromas of freshly brewed coffee in the coffee maker. Take your first cup out to the private deck to savor it while taking in the fresh air and spectacular mountain and valley views. Later, wrap up an evening by spreading blankets out on the grass for some stargazing and hot cocoa with the kids. Take your 4x4 up to Phelps Lake, 13.5 miles north, for terrific hikes and even a diving rock to splash off. If the family is interested in an evening of stories, fiddling, and yodeling while enjoying a fabulous dinner menu, head to Bar J Chuckwagon Suppers, just 15 miles south. Of course, you can always host an athome dinner with wine from Jackson Hole Winery, 13 miles south. THINGS TO KNOW Violation of the occupancy limit could result in a fine from the condo association. Guests must provide their own firewood, which can be purchased locally at the grocery store. This property is managed by Vacasa Wyoming LLC.

House Rules

By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. All guests shall abide by Vacasas good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. If early checkin is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late checkout is offered whenever possible for a small fee. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
