I am extremely pleased with our stay at this adorable condo in what I think is the most magical place in the world! (sorry, Disney World). Having lived in JH for years, it was smack dab in the middle of all the things I wanted to share with my husband who had never been. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has just about any utensil you can think of. My husband enjoyed the sauna. All and all it was wonderful. After we checked out and were half-way back to California, I realized I had left my diamond earrings in one of the bathrooms. I called the staff at the office and they were able to retrieve them and have them fed-exed! So, they are a great and honest staff. I recommend this condo wholeheartedly. It’s a real steal too!

This is a great property and I would highly recommend it for staying in the Jackson Hole area. It is very clean and well maintained! The kitchen is organized and everything works as it should! We loved having the real wood fireplace and fresh stock of firewood supplied. The area was quiet and had a lot of moose and deer to make it exciting for wildlife viewing. It's a short drive to Teton Village at Jackson Hole as well as the town of Jackson. My family and I cannot wait to go back!

We rented this unit in the Aspens for our recent ski trip to Jackson Hole. We enjoyed the location and the layout for our family of 5 (me, my wife, and our three kids). Our 17 year old son stayed in the downstairs bedroom (which is the first door to the right as you enter the unit) with a queen bed. The downstairs bathroom is the next door on the right. The stacked washer/dryer units are in this bathroom across from the sink with a large counter area. The toilet and shower are in a separate room at the back of the bathroom. The entry hall then opens into the main living area, with the kitchen on the right and the stairs going up to the left. The kitchen is narrow. However, it functioned well for our needs (we cooked 6 of the 7 nights we were there). A couple more plates would be nice, but we just ran the dishwasher every night. The living room/dining room had enough seats for our family. It would be nice if the overhead fan lights would go a little brighter. We enjoyed using the wood burning fireplace a couple of times. The TV was easy for us to use with the supplied universal remote. We brought our Chromecast and plugged it into the TV and watched Netflix a couple of nights (the TV does have its own streaming service but we did not use). The internet was fast and reliable for all of us (especially with three kids all on their phones/tablets whenever we were in the unit). At the top of the stairs is the sauna. It looked nice, but we did not use it during our stay so I can't comment on it. The second bedroom is just to the left as you go up the stairs with a queen bed where my wife and I stayed. The room was adequately sized so that we didn't feel cramped. The bed was comfortable for us, with no lumps or discernible sags that we could feel (unlike many mattresses we've slept on when traveling). The "L" shaped loft area outside the upstairs bedroom has two single beds where our 14 year old son and 8 year old daughter slept. Noise from downstairs does travel up to the loft, but everyone was usually so tired from skiing all day that they fell asleep as soon as getting in bed. The upstairs bathroom is between the upstairs bedroom and the loft area. It has two sinks, which worked well since 4 of us were sharing this bathroom. The walk in shower was very nice and large with good water pressure and plenty of hot water for all of us to shower each evening.rnrnOverall the unit was clean and in a convenient location. I would certainly recommend it.

Jackson hole reservations was great to work with. Very easy process. The rental was great. Heating system needs update as we found it difficult to control (TURN DOWN) heat. Everything else was fantastic. Would definitely use Jackson hole reservations again as well as Aspens 321.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. 

Cancellation Policy:

A booking may be cancelled with no penalty within 24 hours of being booked. Cleaning and Damage Protection Plan fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to the day of arrival will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled inside of 30 days prior to the day of arrival are non-refundable and the total amount of all nights are forfeited.

Agent reserves the right to cancel a booking for any reason within 24 hours of the booking being booked. After this 24 hour time period has passed, Agent reserves the right to cancel the booking only if the property becomes unavailable prior to occupancy due to events out of the Agent’s control, for example a flood or home disaster, or sale of the property. Agent will notify Guest of such unexpected circumstance as soon as the Agent has become aware of it. If Guest desires to be transferred to an alternative property, the Agent will make a good faith effort to relocate the Guest to a reasonably comparable property. In such case, the Guest agrees to pay any increase in rental charges associated with the new property. If Agent is unable to substitute a reasonably comparable property, the Agent will issue a 100% refund. Agent reserves the right to automatically cancel a booking if full payment is not received at least 30 days prior to the day of arrival.

Other Policies:

  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management.
  • All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 155 North Jackson St, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
  • A $59.00 Damage Protection Plan is included on all reservations. The Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damages to the rental property that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The plan will cover the cost of damages up to a maximum limit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.   • For properties with Sundance Tennis & Swim Club access: During the COVID pandemic there are restrictions on the use of the facility. Guests must make advance reservations and follow guidelines. For more information click here.
  • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
  • If available, king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each.
  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.
