Stained glass windows create a colorful backdrop for spacious elegance.

The foyer features weathered wood paneling – rustic chic – and a tile floor. A laundry room lives just inside the front door. The weathered grey wood theme continues in the great room, where a stained glass window crowns the cathedral ceiling. A towering rock fireplace anchors the living area with its leather frame couch, plush grey sofa and rocking chair. A flat screen TV and DVD player encourage relaxing. A private patio beckons with its chairs, gas grill and valley views. A console table supports a stereo system. Jackson Hole photography lines the walls. A wood dining table seats eight. The adjoining gourmet kitchen features green countertops, white tile floor with green accent tiles, a double basin sink and clean white cabinets. Climb half a flight of stairs and discover a detached bath that echoes the tile scheme in the kitchen: white with tiny green accents. A band of decorative mosaic tile rings the bathroom, outfitted with a shower and tub. The first bedroom features a queen bed with striped bedding on a wooden frame. Furnishings include a chest of drawer, wicker chair, closet and TV/DVD player. Upstairs, find a second bedroom with a queen bed along with a chest of drawers. The detached bath follows the tile scheme with white tile accented by flecks of red tile. A loft bedroom/office offers a wicker desk, closet, two twin beds, a pair of side tables and a chest of drawers.

As the development’s name suggests, Four Seasons condos are year-round retreats that lie within walking distance of the lifts, boutiques, bars and restaurants that make the Village a bustling place in all seasons. From authentic Thai food to hipster woolens and high-tech gear, the Village carries everything you crave on vacation.

We loved the location of the property and the spaciousness of the unit. Everything was in good working order and easy to use. The only minor negative comment was that the carpets felt dated and worn. But that wouldn’t stop use from going to the same place next year.

Clean,quiet and with a moose in the back yard. What more can you ask for! Perfect location too. I would recommend this condo for a summer getaway or winter ski vacation. We walked to all the restaurants and shopping.

Company raved about activities--Para Sailing, art and craft fair etc. Rental unit was roomy, well furnished, excellent location to see the para sail landing and tram. Don't stay in Jackson as all the hotels/motels are overpriced. JHRl will work to get you what you want. Very convenient to great dining on the mountain and close by..only place to stay..PS; very quiet and mountain air is cool at night.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
