A renovated roost envelopes families and friends in chic accents. The slate foyer greets guests with wall hooks for storage, and the first bedroom lies just beyond. A wood carousel bed wrapped in crimson bedding shares the space with a wall-mounted TV, decorative dresser and closet. Hide drums serve as nightstands. A contemporary bear painting hangs above the bed.

A hallway leads to a renovated bathroom with a veined granite countertop, slate flooring and granite-tile shower/tub. A washer and a dryer live in the bathroom too.

The gourmet kitchen echoes the bathroom aesthetic with the same granite for the countertops. Pig pulls add culinary flare to the cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances and a deep basin sink round out the gourmet amenities. A cut-through connects to the great room. A bison skull tops the rock fireplace and faces the leather couch and pair of matching armchairs. Artful lighting accents the living area, and an upholstered reading nook and bench flank the fireplace. A wall-mounted TV with a DVD player invites lounging. A round dining table seats six beneath an antler and crystal chandelier. The Larkspur condominium lies within the Aspens. A quick five miles south of Teton Village, the Aspens neighborhood sits within walking distance of the Teton Pines Golf Course, as well as a gourmet market, well-stocked liquor store, two beloved restaurants (one Austrian, one Japanese), a bustling coffeehouse, a UPS store and a salon, among other conveniences.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
