A renovated roost envelopes families and friends in chic accents. The slate foyer greets guests with wall hooks for storage, and the first bedroom lies just beyond. A wood carousel bed wrapped in crimson bedding shares the space with a wall-mounted TV, decorative dresser and closet. Hide drums serve as nightstands. A contemporary bear painting hangs above the bed.

A hallway leads to a renovated bathroom with a veined granite countertop, slate flooring and granite-tile shower/tub. A washer and a dryer live in the bathroom too.

The gourmet kitchen echoes the bathroom aesthetic with the same granite for the countertops. Pig pulls add culinary flare to the cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances and a deep basin sink round out the gourmet amenities. A cut-through connects to the great room. A bison skull tops the rock fireplace and faces the leather couch and pair of matching armchairs. Artful lighting accents the living area, and an upholstered reading nook and bench flank the fireplace. A wall-mounted TV with a DVD player invites lounging. A round dining table seats six beneath an antler and crystal chandelier. Crimson drapes frame mountain views visible through the many windows or the private deck, where a grill and table with benches encourage eating outdoors.

Carpeted stairs lead to the second bedroom which offers 2 twin beds atop wooden frames. The bathroom features decorative tile, a glass shower and pedestal sink. A walk-in closet is tucked beneath the gambled roof. A TV and dresser complete the upstairs perch.

The Larkspur condominium lies within the Aspens. A quick five miles south of Teton Village, the Aspens neighborhood sits within walking distance of the Teton Pines Golf Course, as well as a gourmet market, well-stocked liquor store, two beloved restaurants (one Austrian, one Japanese), a bustling coffeehouse, a UPS store and a salon, among other conveniences.

Policies

Summer 2020 Deposit and Cancellation Policies (For stay dates before October 31, 2020):

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. 

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

If a reservation is cancelled 15 days or more outside of arrival date, guest will be refunded 100% of the stay less a $100 service fee.  If the guest does not wish to cancel they will be allowed a one-time exception to transfer their reservation for a future stay credit to new stay dates between now and 11.20.21.  Stays must be confirmed by 1.31.21 and are subject to availability, any increase in nightly rate differences and homeowner usage. If the guest does not contact JHRL and/or is unable to transfer to another date range by 1.31.21 they forfeit their reservation in its entirety. No refunds will be issued and new stays will fall under current cancellation policy.  For all cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, the guest will forfeit the full value of the reservation.

 

Normal Deposit and Cancellation Policies (For stay dates after October 31, 2020):

For winter holiday season the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

Receipt of this confirmation constitutes a formal contract for your reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrival, early departure, unit type change or natural calamity. This information, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed. It is subject to errors and omissions.

PROPERTY PROTECTION PROGRAM: This program coverage is required for all properties and group bookings. The cost is $59.00 per unit and includes coverage up to $3,000.00 in accidental damages. The coverage does not protect against any additional housekeeping charges or negligence, including but not limited to, cleaning due to a pet or smoking in the property. By taking occupancy of the rental property, you hereby authorize JHRL to charge your Credit Card for any and all damages not covered under the Property Protection Program coverage and excessive cleans caused by you or your guests to the rental property.
  
 Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is a property management company for independently owned properties. Because of this relationship, we cannot completely control dates of use and all properties are subject to owner availability. Although owners generally supply their winter stays dates by July 1st and summer stay dates by January 1st, in the event of a rare scheduling complication we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.
 We try hard to honor all of your special requests; however JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding, building, unit number, view or location. Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed. If you have a special request with regards to any of the above items, please make sure to let our reservations department know so that we may note it on your reservation. If it becomes necessary to move your reservation, we will move you to accommodations that are at least comparable to those originally booked. Your confirmation lists the unit you are assigned at the time of reservation and may change prior to your arrival.
 Many condominium units have only one parking space, additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fees apply during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-443-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior toarrival.
 No overnight trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village or Aspens Condominium parking area.
 Please include your full name and your reservation number on all packages or faxes to be received during your stay. Charges apply for faxes, copies and package services.
 All properties are non-smoking. If you smoke in a property, there will be a minimum $1,000 cleaning fee
 Sorry, no pets. If you bring a pet into a property there will be a minimum of a $1,000 cleaning fee and
having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
 Our accommodations do not have air conditioning. Fans for bedrooms may be available upon request.
 Jackson Hole Resort Lodging properties are not handicap accessible. Most properties require stairs for access. In addition, lofts within properties are accessible via steep stairs orladders.
 Location and extreme weather conditions in Wyoming prevent availability and functionality of amenities therefore, they cannot be guaranteed. There will be no refunds in the event of an appliance breakdown or loss of utilities. Please report any problems to JHRL and our maintenance team will notified.
 Construction season in Jackson Hole is short and JHRL is not always notified of renovations and maintenance. There could be construction near your accommodations.
 Our vacation rentals may be listed for sale; we reserve the right to show accommodations with a 24-hour notice.
 Amenities often vary by property and if an amenity is not mentioned on a property description it is likely not available. If you have any questions about amenities for a specific property, please give us a call.
 Group gatherings and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, and other receptions cannot be held at our properties due to Teton County regulations and property covenants. Please call us for group information.
 Check-in time is 4:00pm. JHRL works very hard to insure all properties are available by 4:00pm; however, it may be necessary to delay occupancy beyond 4:00pm. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Do not enter a property before checking in at JHRL.
 Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for lost or stolen items from your accommodation. Fees may incur for shipping and handling for lost and founditems.

Check-in:

Our Teton Village office will be closed to the public until further notice. You may go directly to your property to check-in using the key-code and highlighted map emailed to you 48 hours prior to your arrival date.  It is important to note your accommodations will not be available before 4:00pm.  Should you have questions, please give us a call at 307.732.3655.
