Sited on a secluded lot in Teton Village – the gateway to both Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Grand Teton National Park – Phoenix House is an elegant, accessible escape come summer and winter. A multi-level, contemporary home spanning some 3,400 square feet, Phoenix House offers myriad amenities, from a fully-equipped laundry room to a TV in every bedroom. On the first level, guests enter through a vestibule lined with a stone floor and wooden storage cubbies. Nearby, a door opens to the attached two-car garage, and a sitting room invites lounging with two couches, a river rock fireplace and TV/VCR/stereo. Down the hall sits a bedroom with two twin beds and an en suite bathroom. The first floor also offers access to the outdoor hot tub.

A short flight of stairs leads to a bedroom with a queen bed, attached bath and small balcony. Continue up the stairs and enter the main floor of the house with its gourmet kitchen, fully-equipped with new appliances, and adjacent dining room (the dining table seats 8). A spacious living room with picture windows boasts a bright, cheery ambiance, accentuated by the river rock fireplace, TV and stereo. Outside, a deck beckons with a gas grill and patio furniture. Just beyond the kitchen, a sitting room doubles as a bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa and deck. Another small flight of stairs leads to a bedroom with a queen bed, en suite bath and deck.

Perched on the top floor is the private master suite with a lodgepole king bed, walk-in closet, TV/VCR and full bath with a double shower.

Mountain weather is variable and unpredictable. Resort conditions and ski access may be weather and snow dependent.

The house was beautiful with plenty of space for our entire family to be together and also provide some alone space. The hot tub on the deck was perfect, we even had a deer walk right by us. It is conveniently located. Tons of walking trails close by.

We had 5 couples in this beautiful home. The design of the house allowed everybody a feeling of privacy, yet the 2 large family rooms on two levels were large enough to allow everybody to get together in either one. The Kitchen and Dining Room were spacious and very well appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The staff keeps this home clean and tidy. We are already talking about a return trip next year.

We were there with 5 adults and 5 kids. The space was very comfortable and never felt like we were crowded. The house was in very good condition and the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. We saw deer everyday in the driveway. Would for sure staythere again. Check-in check-out was a breeze and very frienly staff.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
