Rendezvous C3 is a lovely condo located in Teton Village, home of the world renowned ski and recreation area Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This area provides conveniences to ski lifts, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and more. Rendezvous C3 is a great choice for those looking for ample space to accommodate a larger group. The interior features open common areas with vaulted ceilings, a beautiful rock fireplace, and mountain views. The condo is nicely decorated with ski and western artwork and furnishings making your Jackson Hole vacation come to life. The master suites allow for a nice private getaway while others may gather in the common areas for a card game or in the loft to dive into a good book. This condo met our needs for our Grand Teton adventure! Our group was made up of 10 people. This is our second time renting a unit in this complex! The access to Teton National Park is close. We loved the pool and hot tubs! Just know there is no air conditioning but we left the windows open all day and ran the fans at night which worked out pretty well! We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It accommodated my family of 8 very well. Very central to everything. My only complaint was the DVD player did not work and it was never replaced during our stay even though they came to remove the broken one. I understand the holiday (July 4th) would prevent purchase of a new one but it could have been replaced any other day during our stay. Fortunately we had a work around but it still bothered me they didn't replace it during our stay. 5 stars for the condo. 3 stars for the management. They did fix our WIFI timely so they deserve some credit for that. Would stay here again but I hope to have a better experience with management next time.

Our stay was wonderful! The unit was perfect for our large group. Beautiful views, close to everything, and the moose walking thru the neighborhood, everything was wonderful!

I'm not sure we could have found a better condo for our week long stay with another family. We had 4 children and 4 adults. The loft provided plenty of space for every one, and we didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. The kitchen was well equipped, with was especially nice. There were plenty of bath towels too. The full size washer and dryer were very appreciated! We'll stay here again, and I will recommend this condo to friends and family.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. 

Cancellation Policy:

A booking may be cancelled with no penalty within 24 hours of being booked. Cleaning and Damage Protection Plan fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in. Bookings cancelled at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled inside of 45 days prior to the day of arrival are non-refundable and the total amount of all nights are forfeited.

Agent reserves the right to cancel a booking for any reason within 24 hours of the booking being booked. After this 24 hour time period has passed, Agent reserves the right to cancel the booking only if the property becomes unavailable prior to occupancy due to events out of the Agent’s control, for example a flood or home disaster, or sale of the property. Agent will notify Guest of such unexpected circumstance as soon as the Agent has become aware of it. If Guest desires to be transferred to an alternative property, the Agent will make a good faith effort to relocate the Guest to a reasonably comparable property. In such case, the Guest agrees to pay any increase in rental charges associated with the new property. If Agent is unable to substitute a reasonably comparable property, the Agent will issue a 100% refund. Agent reserves the right to automatically cancel a booking if full payment is not received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival.

Other Policies:

  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management.
  • All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 155 North Jackson St, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
  • A $39.00 Damage Protection Plan is included on all reservations. The Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damages to the rental property that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The plan will cover the cost of damages up to a maximum limit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.   • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
  • If available, king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each.
  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.
