Teewinot C4 is a lovely condo located in Teton Village, home of the world renowned ski and recreation area Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Our family of 6 stayed in the C4 condo in Teewinot and LOVED it! Great condo, great location, and wonderful ski town. We didn't rent a car, but used the Start Bus to get to town, and the condo shuttle or lift at the top of the street to get to the mountain daily. A car service brought us from the airport to the condo via Albertson's, where the awesome manager, Bonnie, hooked us up with a pre-packaged grocery shop. The Ski Butlers supplied us with skis and snowboards so we could avoid traveling with them. All was excellent. Thank you for an awesome week!! We would love to come back.

We had 3 families and really enjoyed the condo, there was plenty of space for all of us, beds were confortable, per the 2 adult kids with us the bunk beds were more spacious then any other bunk beds they had slept in. It was a fairly easy walk to Teton Village. Property management didn't tell us there was a garage and needed an opener, but they sent someone to deliver the opener the next day. Super cute decor and tables and chairs available on the outside patio. Be careful of wildlife, if you are out early we left at 4:30 am and had a moose walking beside us in the car. It was awesome.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Close to the lifts and access to a great pool and hot tubs. We even saw a moose on the lawn one morning.

This was the perfect place for our family. Mom, children and grandchildren all together for a fun filled vacation. The view from the deck was amazing and the short walk to the pool and tennis courts was no problem. I really liked the 3 hot tubs, very family friendly, and there was a temperature that was right for everyone. We didn't mind the stairs, but it would be hard for someone with limited mobility to get up to the property. We used the Bar-B-Q for one evening meal and cooked the rest in the fully stocked kitchen. It was great to only have to bring our food, as every thing else was supplied! I would absolutely recommend this to others! The cost was very reasonable.

Three couples on western trip. Condo was beautiful. Well furnished. Beds very comfortable. It is a walk up, so be prepared to bring luggage up as well as supplies. One of the downsides...had to go to Jackson to get the keys. For us, it meant doubling back through heavy traffic to get the key because our letter said not to come before 4 pm to get the keys. The dryer stopped working for us. A maintenance person arrived promptly and determined the door was bent. However, the appliance was quite old, and It should have been replaced a couple years ago. Once the door was rebent, it did work fine. Lastly, the cleaning was less than desirable. We ran a cloth over the granite kitchen counters before food prep, and they were very dirty. I left the cloth for the rental agent to see. The window blinds were in similar condition. You could write your name in the dust. However, the bathrooms seemed to be in better condition. Nevertheless, we felt we had to stop and clean them because of what we found in the kitchen. They need a new cleaning service. Particularly since the cleaning charge on our bill was $220.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. 

Cancellation Policy:

A booking may be cancelled with no penalty within 24 hours of being booked. Cleaning and Damage Protection Plan fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in. Bookings cancelled at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled inside of 45 days prior to the day of arrival are non-refundable and the total amount of all nights are forfeited.

Agent reserves the right to cancel a booking for any reason within 24 hours of the booking being booked. After this 24 hour time period has passed, Agent reserves the right to cancel the booking only if the property becomes unavailable prior to occupancy due to events out of the Agent’s control, for example a flood or home disaster, or sale of the property. Agent will notify Guest of such unexpected circumstance as soon as the Agent has become aware of it. If Guest desires to be transferred to an alternative property, the Agent will make a good faith effort to relocate the Guest to a reasonably comparable property. In such case, the Guest agrees to pay any increase in rental charges associated with the new property. If Agent is unable to substitute a reasonably comparable property, the Agent will issue a 100% refund. Agent reserves the right to automatically cancel a booking if full payment is not received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival.

Other Policies:

  • The guest is responsible for all of the nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
  • A $39.00 Damage Protection Plan is included on all reservations. The Damage Protection Plan covers accidental damages to the rental property that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The plan will cover the cost of damages up to a maximum limit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.   • Rental properties may be listed for sale, and we reserve the right to show any unit with 24-hour notice.
  • Authorized personnel may enter the premises if necessary for housekeeping or management of the property.
  • Tenant or tenant's guests are responsible for any property damaged and/or missing goods during the tenancy. If there is any property damaged and/or missing goods the credit card on file will cover the property damage and/or missing goods.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • No smoking allowed on the premises. Tenant's breach of this provision shall result in the termination of tenant's occupancy and a minimum $200.00 fine.
  • Tenant agrees to keep the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and hereby agrees to permit no unsafe or unsanitary conditions on the property. Tenant agrees not to use the premises for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Any breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of tenant's tenancy without refunds.
  • There will be no refunds due to breakdown of appliances or other electronic equipment, or due to the loss of utilities. Please report any problems to Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management and they will contact a repair service contractor immediately. Your patience is appreciated as our area has limited repair service contractors.
  • Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
  • Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
  • If available, king conversions can be provided upon request for a charge of $30.00 each.
  • No long distance calls may be placed from the rental unit's phone.

Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management will diligently work to insure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 p.m. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in at Jackson Hole Real Estate Company Property Management.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. Please return keys to the check-in office.

If the check-out policy is abused, we reserve the right to remove all personal items from the premises and guests are subject to a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour. If belongings are removed from the property, they will be moved to 155 North Jackson St, Jackson, WY 83001. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

If you are checking in after hours, a package with keys will be outside the Miller Park Lodge front desk entrance in a box. Please sign the registration form and leave it inside the box. An emergency telephone number is provided on the box if you should need to reach our on-call manager.
