Bedding: Two Kings, 4 twins

Timber Ridge 8 is a newly remodeled condominium in Teton Village offering all the comforts of home. With 2,700 square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax.

The ample living space unfolds over three floors starting with the ground floor entryway. Open the doors into a warm, flagstone mudroom equipped with plenty of storage for gear and a bench to sit comfortably as you shed your ski boots or hiking boots for the day. Just off the mudroom lies a comfortable king bedroom with a dresser, closet and upholstered bedframe. Continue down to the first floor bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Beyond the comfy family/tv room lies the laundry room completing the first floor.

Follow the wooden stairway up to the main level where an open floor plan hosting the kitchen, dining area and living space greets you. The kitchen offers granite counter tops throughout, ample cabinetry and is completed with a dining space for 11 including a large table and 3 bar top chairs. The great room is topped by a cathedral ceiling and natural light pours in from the wall to wall sliding glass doors. Abundant seating is provided by a cozy, deep sofa, two oversize armchairs, two additional armchairs and two ottomans. A large flat screen smart TV sits perfectly along the towering rock fireplace. Just off the living area is a deck offering spectacular valley views, as well as a gas grill and outdoor seating.

The master suite sits on the main floor just off the kitchen and features a king bed, his and hers closets and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

A wooden stairway leads to the third floor where two additional bedrooms and the loft reside. Each bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, dresser and closet for storage. The third bathroom sits in the hallway with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The loft overlooks the living area and offers a foosball table and futon sofa (does not recline for sleeping).

The ultimate in slopeside convenience, the townhome sits within steps of the Moose Creek lift. All Timber Ridge units grant access to the nearby Sundance Swim and Tennis Club and its outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Timber Ridge lies within walking distance of the lifts, boutiques, bars and restaurants that make Teton Village a bustling place year-round. From authentic Thai food to hipster woolens and high-tech gear, the Village carries everything you crave on vacation.

Wonderful place, very comfortable and well appointed. The freezer door handle was loose, and the doors on the fridge were awkward to close, but that was a function of the side by side style.rnThe twin beds upstairs were not exactly comfortable. Mattress hard.rnAll in all a wonderful place and we would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our brief stay at Timber Ridge 8. The front desk operation was awaiting our arrival, explained all the details and made us feel most welcome. The condo was everything promised in the photos. We hope to visit again in 2019.

Policies

Summer 2020 Deposit and Cancellation Policies (For stay dates before October 31, 2020):

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. 

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

If a reservation is cancelled 15 days or more outside of arrival date, guest will be refunded 100% of the stay less a $100 service fee.  If the guest does not wish to cancel they will be allowed a one-time exception to transfer their reservation for a future stay credit to new stay dates between now and 11.20.21.  Stays must be confirmed by 1.31.21 and are subject to availability, any increase in nightly rate differences and homeowner usage. If the guest does not contact JHRL and/or is unable to transfer to another date range by 1.31.21 they forfeit their reservation in its entirety. No refunds will be issued and new stays will fall under current cancellation policy.  For all cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, the guest will forfeit the full value of the reservation.

 

Normal Deposit and Cancellation Policies (For stay dates after October 31, 2020):

Deposit and Payment Policy: 5% deposit for lodging is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date (45 days for holiday). Property Protection Program coverage is required for all JHRL properties. The policy is $59.00 and includes coverage up to $3,000.00 in accidental damages. The coverage doesn't include any extra housekeeping charges or negligence.


Cancellation and Change Policy: All cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for holiday) will be charged a processing fee equivalent to 5% of the total reservation. Any changes outside of 30 days (45 days  for holiday) will be charged a $100 change fee. Cancellations or changes within 30 days (45 days for holiday) will forfeit the full value of reservation. As there are no exceptions to these policies under any circumstance, we recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance.

Receipt of this confirmation constitutes a formal contract for your reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrival, early departure, unit type change or natural calamity. This information, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed. It is subject to errors and omissions.

Other Policies:

  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is a property management company for independently owned properties. Because of this relationship, we cannot completely control dates of use and all properties are subject to owner availability. Although owners generally supply their winter stays dates by July 1st and summer stay dates by January 1st, in the event of a rare scheduling complication we do reserve the right to change properties up to and including the day of arrival.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; however JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding, building, unit number, view or location. Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed. If you have a special request with  regards to  any  of the above items, please make sure to let our reservations department know so that we may note it on your reservation.
  • If it becomes necessary to move your reservation, we will move you to accommodations that are at  least comparable to those originally booked. Your confirmation lists the unit you are assigned at the time of reservation and may change prior to your arrival.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space, additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fees apply during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-443-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village or Aspens Condominium parking area.
  • All properties are non-smoking. If you smoke in a property, there will be a minimum $1,000 cleaning fee.
  • Sorry, no pets. If you bring a pet into a property there will be a minimum of a $1,000 cleaning fee and having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Our accommodations do not have air conditioning. Fans for bedrooms may be available upon request.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging properties are not handicap accessible. Most properties require stairs for access. In addition, lofts within properties are accessible via steep stairs or ladders.
  • Location and extreme weather conditions in Wyoming prevent availability and functionality of amenities therefore, they cannot be guaranteed. There will be no refunds in the event of an appliance breakdown or loss of utilities. Please report any problems to JHRL and our maintenance team will notified.
  • Construction season in Jackson Hole is short and JHRL is not always notified of renovations and maintenance. There could be construction near your accommodations.
  • Our vacation rentals may be listed for sale; we reserve the right to show accommodations with a 24-hour notice.
  • Amenities often vary by property and if an amenity is not mentioned on a property description it is likely not available. If you have any questions about amenities for a specific property, please give us a call.
  • Group gatherings and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, and other receptions cannot be held at our properties due to Teton County regulations and property covenants. Please call us for group information.
  • Check-in time is 4:00pm. JHRL works very hard to insure all properties are available by 4:00pm; however, it may be necessary to delay occupancy beyond 4:00pm. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Do not enter a property before checking in at JHRL.
  • Options for shipping and delivery of luggage or packages to our office may be limited and fees will apply. Please contact us for details.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for lost or stolen items from your accommodation. Fees may incur for shipping and handling for lost and found items.

Our Teton Village office will be closed to the public until further notice. You may go directly to your property to check-in using the key-code and highlighted map emailed to you 48 hours prior to your arrival date.  It is important to note your accommodations will not be available before 4:00pm.  Should you have questions, please give us a call at 307.732.3655.
