Timber Ridge 8 is a newly remodeled condominium in Teton Village offering all the comforts of home. With 2,700 square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax.

The ample living space unfolds over three floors starting with the ground floor entryway. Open the doors into a warm, flagstone mudroom equipped with plenty of storage for gear and a bench to sit comfortably as you shed your ski boots or hiking boots for the day. Just off the mudroom lies a comfortable king bedroom with a dresser, closet and upholstered bedframe. Continue down the hall into a bonus space to find a bunk bed and day bed for extra bedding and the first floor bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Beyond the bonus room lies the laundry room completing the first floor.

Follow the wooden stairway up to the main level where an open floor plan hosting the kitchen, dining area and living space greets you. The kitchen offers granite counter tops throughout, ample cabinetry and is completed with a dining space for 11 including a large table and 3 bar top chairs. The great room is topped by a cathedral ceiling and natural light pours in from the wall to wall sliding glass doors. Abundant seating is provided by a cozy, deep sofa, two oversize armchairs, two additional armchairs and two ottomans. A large flat screen smart TV sits perfectly along the towering rock fireplace. Just off the living area is a deck offering spectacular valley views, as well as a gas grill and outdoor seating.

The master suite sits on the main floor just off the kitchen and features a king bed, his and hers closets and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

A wooden stairway leads to the third floor where two additional bedrooms and the loft reside. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, dresser and closet for storage. The third bathroom sits in the hallway with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The loft overlooks the living area and offers a foosball table and futon with a TV.

The ultimate in slopeside convenience, the townhome sits within steps of the Moose Creek lift. All Timber Ridge units grant access to the nearby Sundance Swim and Tennis Club and its outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Timber Ridge lies within walking distance of the lifts, boutiques, bars and restaurants that make Teton Village a bustling place year-round. From authentic Thai food to hipster woolens and high-tech gear, the Village carries everything you crave on vacation.

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Any changes outside of 45 days will be charged a $100.00 change fee. If cancellation is not received prior to the required date, the total amount of all nights will be forfeited.


Other Policies:

  • Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment.
  • A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
  • No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please, all properties are non-smoking. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if a property is smoked in.
  • Sorry, no pets. There will be a minimum 1,000 dollar cleaning fee if you bring a pet into a property. Having a pet is cause for eviction without refund.
  • Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost.
  • Property you have rented may be listed for sale. We reserve the right to show the property with a 24 hour notice.
  • Please lock doors at all times.
  • We try hard to honor all of your special requests; JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move you to a different unit than originally confirmed.
  • Many condominium units have only one parking space. Additional parking is available in satellite lots. (Fee applies during Ski Season). If you will have more than one vehicle please call us at 800-433-8613 to check the parking situation for your property prior to arrival.
  • No overnight trailers or recreation vehicles are allowed in any Teton Village parking area.

The registration office is open 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday during peak summer and winter months. During off peak months the office is open from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and closed Sunday. If you arrive after office hours, please see the procedure for late arrivals below.

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Should the office be closed upon your arrival simply pick up the courtesy phone located in the hallway between our office and the Teton Village Market and our answering service will assist you with securing keys to your accommodations. If you arrive after office hours, we ask that you please stop by the front desk the next day to complete the check-in process.
