Located in the highly coveted Wind River townhome complex, this unit offers 2,500 square feet of tastefully decorated living space across three levels. This property reflects the lively character of its owners, featuring various items that are sure to start a conversation. From a custom Adirondack chair made of bright skis situated to take in the mountain views, to a stuffed (faux) moose head mounted on the wall, Wind River #14 has it all! The personally curated art that has been thoughtfully placed throughout this home places the final touches on the property. With all the creature comforts of home, from a Delonghi espresso machine down a a garlic press, our guests will find this property to be a home base in an excellent location for all of your adventuring needs.

As guests enter this mutli-level townhome, the entry level of the property contains 2 bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a private bath. The second bedroom has an oversized whirlpool spa in the ensuite bath. Each set of twin beds can be converted to a king bed for an additional fee of $45. There is also a convenient laundry area and expanded mud room with hooks and cubbies located in the entry hall for all your outdoor gear. Perfect for families or couples traveling together, the guests will feel right at home!

As guests transition to the mid-level of this property, they are greeted by expansive Teton Valley views through the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. There is an exterior deck, with a BBQ and outdoor dining furniture for guests to relax after a long day's hike or ski. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything a guest will need to whip up a gourmet meal. With lots of cabinet space, there is plenty of room to unload groceries or food from one of the local farmer's markets that happen every week during the summer in downtown Jackson Hole. The owners replaced the microwave and oven in Spring 2019. The dining table seats 10 comfortably, providing the perfect location to rewind and reflect on all of the day's amazing adventures.

The third level of this property boasts the final two bedrooms and baths. Both situated with King beds and ensuite baths. Each of the full bathroom in this property is equipped with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Parking: 1 vehicle is permitted for this unit. Please plan accordingly. In summer, additional free parking is available at any of the Teton Village public parking lots at the base. In winter, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees apply.

Guests staying here will enjoy complimentary use (seasonal) of the Sundance Tennis and Swim Club with its outdoor pool and hot tubs located just a short walk from their accommodations. In Winter, guests staying in the Wind Rivers are within convenient walking distance to the Moose Creek access lift or have use of the complimentary skier shuttle to the base of Teton Village. The shuttle runs 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. so it's perfect for accessing the base of Teton Village where you can enjoy family activities or fine dining and après skiing. Guests can ski home via the Way Home Ski trail to the base of the Moose Creek lift at the end of the day or they can ski down to the base of Teton Village and take the shuttle back to the condo.

Teton Village is a spectacular location at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area. This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer. Guests staying in Teton Village will enjoy access to world class skiing during the winter and are perfectly positioned for an exciting, fun-filled, activity packed vacation in the summer! A variety of restaurants with delicious menus will satiate your well-earned hunger after a day spent outdoors in the fresh mountain air. Minutes away lies the Moose Wilson entrance to Grand Teton National Park. This route often rewards with up-close sightings of bears with cubs, moose, elk, deer, foxes, beavers, osprey, red-tailed hawks, and more!

In summer, you’re within walking distance to a wide variety of activities in Teton Village. Your family and friends will keep busy in the Grand Adventure Park learning the ropes course, bouncing around on the bungee trampoline, and taking a shot at the climbing wall. You can also enjoy hiking the on-site trails spilling over with beautiful wildflowers, testing your mountain biking skills on lift accessed trails of all ability levels, taking a guided tour of the Via Ferrata climbing routes, and trying out the disc golf. Riding the “Big Red” tram to the top of Rendezvous Mountain for 360-degree views of the Tetons and splendor of the valley spread out below you is a must. Pop into Corbet’s Cabin at the top of the tram for their famous homemade waffles. Take a selfie on the tram dock!

For a change of pace, take a short 15-minute scenic drive past open ranchland with grazing cows and horses into the historic town of Jackson. Snap some photos beneath the famous elk antler arches on the Town Square, stroll along the old-time wooden boardwalks surrounding the Square, and stop into one of the many art galleries featuring Western art and sculptures from world renowned local artists. Taste one (or two!) of the many delicious homemade ice cream flavors at Moo’s Gourmet Ice Cream while you relax on a wooden bench in the park. Explore the shops filled with unique handicrafts, clothing and gifts, many of them made by wonderfully talented local artisans. Take home a treasured reminder of your vacation from one of the fine jewelry shops featuring Teton inspired jewelry, embedded with diamonds, gemstones and even elk ivory. We stayed here last week (4 adults, 2 teenage boys). The condo was very spacious and comfortable. It has 3 floors (bedrooms on the 1st/3rd level) - so something to consider if you have people in your party that have issues climbing stairs. We also had access to the Swim/Tennis club facilities which was a nice break from site-seeing in the Grand Tetons/Yellowstone. I would totally come back for a winter/ski vacation here as well. Perfect for a large family (up to 10).

Policies

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking. For value and regular seasons, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file. For winter holiday season, the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the day of arrival and will be automatically charged to the account on file.

If you need to change credit cards after payment has been processed, we will accommodate you, however, a 4% charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy:

For value and regular seasons, cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to the day of arrival. For winter holiday season, cancellation must be received at least 90 days prior to the day of arrival. If a cancellation is received prior to the required date, the deposit will be refunded minus a one night cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival date will forfeit all payments unless the accommodation is re-rented for unused nights reserved. All Cancellations are subject to the one nights fee.


Other Policies:

  • Guest is responsible for all unused days reserved resulting from late arrival, premature check-out or cancellation, unless the accommodation is re-rented for the unused days. No-shows will forfeit all payments made.
  • Housekeeping: One (1) complimentary mid-stay maid service is provided for each stay of seven (7) consecutive nights.
  • Security Deposit: A physical imprint of a credit card is required at check-in in lieu of a security deposit.
  • Renter understands that the vacation rental property is not intended for special events and is equipped to lodge no more than the maximum number of guests established by the rental agent. Misuse of this policy may result in additional charges to the guest.
  • We do try to honor special requests and specific units, however, these are not guaranteed.
  • Sorry, pets are not permitted!
  • All accommodations are non-smoking; violators will be charged for any additional cleaning.
  • Most properties in Jackson Hole were not built with air conditioning. In the summer, we are happy to provide fans upon request. Please call during office hours. For best results; keep your shades drawn during the day while you are out and open the windows in the evening when the sun goes down for natural ventilation.
  • Jackson Hole has a short building season during the summer months and Rendezvous Mountain Rentals may not always be aware of construction projects in the area.
  • Hot Tub (If applicable): No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the hot tub without direct
    adult supervision. PLEASE SHOWER before using the hot tub. Excess body oils and lotions can cause the
    water to become cloudy, foamy, and/or discolored and decrease the filter efficiency. Please remember
    there are certain health risks associated with using hot tubs. Use at your own risk. DO NOT press more
    than one function button at a time. This can affect the programming and cause the tub to discontinue
    heating and/or filtering. This hot tub is drained, refilled and chemicals replenished on a regular basis. Hot
    tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. Do not stand
    or climb on the hot tub cover. When not using the hot tub, PLEASE LEAVE THE COVER ON so hot tub will
    stay warm. Please do not hesitate to call RMR office with questions about how to use the hot tub during
    your stay.
  •  Indemnification: Owners/Managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that
    occur while on the premises or its facilities unless such damage is the legal result of negligence or willful
    misconduct by the owner/manager. Owners/Managers are not responsible for the loss of personal
    belongings or valuables of the renter or their guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all
    renters/guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others
    whom they invite to use the premise. Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the property owner or
    representatives of the property owner from all damages, injuries, claims, costs and expenses related to
    acts, events or omissions occurring in, on or about the property, or arising out of or in any way related to
    renter's use or occupancy of the property, renter's breach of any term of this Lease, or any work, activity or
    thing done, permitted or suffered by renter in, on or about the property.
  • Locked closets: Owners have locked closets for their personal possessions and extras for the
    rental. These closets are private and are not to be opened by tenants or guests under any circumstances.
    Evidence of tampering with an owner's closet will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all amounts paid
    and possible fees being charged to the (Security Deposit) Credit Card(s).

Procedure for Late Arrivals:

Front Desk Hours are 8:00am until 6:00pm daily (varies during “off" season).

Should you arrive after hours, come in the front door breezeway where you will find a telephone and locked key box that contains your keys and a map to your accommodations. The combination to the locked box is 1111. Line up the four tumblers, and press and pull the lock open. In an envelope with your name on it, you will find the keys, directions and a map.

Please re-lock the box and you're on your way. Please stop by the front desk office the next day to give an imprint of your Visa or Mastercard and formally sign the check-in paperwork.
